I had the pleasure of working with Kris several months ago when we hired her company to clean all of our vents and duct work prior to moving into a new construction home, but didn't realize how truly AMAZING she js until a few days ago. My husband has had a lot of medical issues for the last 5 years and is extremely sensitive to mold, so I reached out to her and let her know that some testing showed elevated levels in a couple of rooms in our house and asked for some advice. Kim (the owner) gave me a flat quote to do the cleaning of my air vents and ducts and she stuck to it. Her communication with me about the job was spot on. Even more impressive was that she went above and beyond to make sure that my air vents were clean by spraying a special solution to remove all the mold/mildew and scrubbed them clean for me. Also, Cody (Kim's worker) found that one of my ducts was bent and disconnected. I knew this already but he came to me to make sure that I knew. He told Kim (his boss) and she fixed it for me. This was not expected or part of her job but she helped me out just because she could! Finally, because my elderly mother lives with us, Kim did not want to use the high-performance sanitizer as it may cause breathing issues with my mom. Instead, she sprayed another solution that will need to be resprayed in about a week. She is returning to do this at no extra charge! Kris and Cody came out last week to connect the dryer hose to the wall and clean out the filter, which turned out to be on the roof. Kris said this wasn't a very smart design decision, but it's what we've got. The line was clean but the vent very much needed cleaning. They came earlier than promised, and were friendly, personable, and professional. Plus they both liked my cats. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. We will definitely be using them again. And yes, they are located in Gastonia, but had no problem traveling to Plaza Midwood. A+++! read more
