Our builder mentioned Nola Water, so we did a little research, liked what we saw, and decided to give them a call. Raji came to meet with us and discuss all options for the home water system. We ended up going with the Kinetico K5 Reverse Osmosis at the sink for drinking water, and VIQUA Whole House UV light system with water softener. Nola Water had options for the RO spout that matched our modern fixtures in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. Big A and his installation crew were very professional and went the extra mile to install the system to our liking. He had to do a few extra things that the contractor had not done, but it was no issue. The system has been great! We are able to have delicious and better quality drinking water. It's so much easier and overall cheaper than going to a big box store and buying case after case of plastic water bottles. The soft water has been great for our skin and hair. We have cut down on product use, soaps, and detergents. We have a wall of glass in our shower and there are virtually no hard water spots. Cleaning is a breeze! The maintenance is very easy -- a $5 bag of salt for the water tank every 3-4 months. The UV light in the system kills bacteria in the water, allowing you to have clean, drinkable water during a boil advisory (and how often have those happened in the last year?!). Do your research on the benefits of whole-home filtration and reverse osmosis drinking water. I would recommend Nola Water to anyone. They are the best local water company around! They will work with you on your needs, and at a great price.

It's important for customers to take a little responsibility too--just check the app or go online one to two days before your delivery. The company always gives a courtesy call and alerts you both in the app and by phone when the cut-off time for modifications is approaching. As for the product itself, this is hands down some of the best filtered water you can get, short of installing a full home filtration system. I highly recommend Kent Wood Springs. That said, if your financial situation allows, glass bottles and home filter systems are always the best choice for fresh drinking water.
