I was able to get a plumber out the following day, and he quickly and professionally assessed the problem and wrote up a quote. He stayed responsive the whole time--text, Yelp, and phone--so I never had any issues with communication. Payment options were flexible too: you can pay upfront, or choose a zero-APR option if paid within 24 months. There are also lower monthly payment options, but those do come with interest.
