Went to use sink Saturday morning and no water. Replaced pump switch myself and still no water. Called them around 10:00am and they said they would try to get someone out that afternoon. I requested service for my water well, they were at my home early, we discussed a plan and they started, what looked like a relatively simple repair turned into a hell of different situation, what caused most of my problems was shotty work previously done some years before, the two technicians spent almost a whole day at my house, a third technician showed up later and before you know it the well was fixed, these guys fixed a problem that should've been repaired years ago, they did a fantastic job, they all were very pleasant and professional, not only will I use this company again but I will recommend them to all my friends and family also their pricing was very reasonable , did I mention very reasonable , lol read more

I called on a Saturday morning just after 8am. We had been w/o water since Friday evening due to a leak. I was told during the phone call that someone would be here between 10 and 12. No one showed, I did not receive a phone call that no one could make it. When I attempted to call, I got an answering service that could not provide me with an option to get into contact with someone from the company. Now it's Saturday just after 2 and I cannot get another company to come out this late on a weekend, which I understand. All it would have taken was a phone call that they could not make it. Listen to the other 1 star reviews folks. This place is bad. After I complained about the workers, they came out for one last water test. He turned my pool heater on and set it to 91 degrees. I live out in the country on a dead end road and have a security gate. I saw them thru my laundry window pointing and talking about my propane tank. That should have alerted me. It could only have been them. Usually this type of stuff comes from the top down. Bad employees are tolerated by disreputable owners. Even without this event, there is a conflict of interest in a well company doing water testing when they also sell/provide service to remedy 'supposed' problems. I wish I had read these reviews before I spent over 500$ and had their worker try to ruin my pool equipment and drain my propane tank. read more

I called to get my pump fixed,they came out on Friday, they sent a greenhorn (jackleg) who didn't know his stuff ..he fixed a valve at bottom of pipe, had someone come supervise a little, changed the pressure switch...the pump worked for a little while, i paid, he left , about 5 minutes after he left the pump stopped, i called and he returned... started taking stuff loose on the motor but seemed unsure, the breaker had tripped, well it kept tripping! He called the big boss who was trying to help him diagnose the problem but to no avail, the boss told him just to leave and go to another job and told me they'd send someone else (more experienced?!) well 4 hours later the other guy came out and he looked at the wires and went over the wiring setup to make sure it was ok he said everything looks good, then he used a voltmeter to check the voltage and amperage he said something is wrong with the electrical, but then tried to sell me another pump, so i said ok he hooked up test pump when i wasn't around, i went inside and he said it's not working either, said you definitely need an electrician to fix your electrical issue first, he proceeded to leave and said call if you need us after electrician gets it straightened out if it doesn't work afterwards.. i called and asked for some of my $567.00 back since they didn't actually fix the problem well the boss said they did fix the problem, i just have an electrical problem that needs attention.. so no refunds.. i got an electrician out and he checked out everything and couldn't find anything wrong !!! Needless to say i called an actual expert who fixed the problem immediately... it was an internal pump impeller problem, it was sticking and causing motor to jump in voltage and overheat causing the breaker to trip, he fixed it in 1/2 hour on a Sunday $200 ... I definitely found a new well and pump company and it ain't these ripoff experts! Avoid them at all costs! read more

I have always enjoyed working with this team. The first time I called was about two years ago when our water went out. A technician showed up promptly, did some troubleshooting, and replaced out pressure switch. Everything was up and running in no time. Then a few days ago we woke up to no water. I made the call and a tech was at our house before the estimated window. I even received a text & email with the techs name once they were dispatched. They did quick troubleshooting and it was concluded our pump was out. They replaced the pump, after pulling about 70+ foot of pipe out of the ground, and had us back up and running in just a few hours. The staff was great to work with and provided a lot of great feedback about our current system. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them in the future. read more

They installed and sold us an expensive ass deep water well pump that wasn't even freaking necessary. We had no idea until about 5 years later ours went to shit (it never worked well anyway, it would always go out and my husband would fight for hours trying to prime it) and we had to get a new one. We went with country water (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and he explained to us exactly what we had, why it wasn't working, what we actually needed, not what he could upsell us on, and installed it at a WAY cheaper price. He also told us he gets more business from people that have previously went with water works than anything else. Which should tell you something! Don't call Water Works for anything. I am using this platform to inform others of my experience with Water Works Pump and Well, Inc. I have lived in this area for a little over 7 1/2 years. Since I have lived here, I have had Water Works Pump and Well, Inc. work on my well system several times at a cost of almost $1400. Just 3 1/2 years ago they installed a brand new pump for a total cost of $811. This morning The pump stopped working and I was told by employees of this company that the pump was bad but they would install another one at a cost of approximately $800.. When my ex-husband and I bought our first piece of property we had to have a well dug and pump and tank system installed. That pump lasted 17 years with a family of five. My children are all grown and live on their own BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE with this company, I am warning anyone who reads this to be very wary of having any dealings with Water Works Pump and Well, Inc. update: I was emailed an invoice for $125 service call. they also emailed a quote to me in the amount of $881 to replace the motor including miscellaneous parts and labor. I would have given it zero stars but that was not an option. read more

I used Water Works to move the Pump and Well Tank from inside my house to the outside of my house. It came to my attention the Water Spicket from my house no longer worked after they reconnected the Pump and Well tank Outside. I contacted Heath and he said "he wasn't going to spend the money to correct it. "I got a good deal" How can it be a "Good Deal" when you mess something else up and refuse to remedy the situation? Beware...... he did one thing and messed up another. Now I have a spicket that doesn't work. He said use the spicket from the Well Tank. I didn't pay to have my spicket unusable and tell me to use the tank spicket instead.... That's Not Standing Behind Your Work... BEWARE.... It was a conscious choice to Not Correct the new problem they caused. Would he expect that response on work done on his house? I think not...I expected a great deal more out of a so called Professional operation..I hope I am the exception....not the rule..... very dissatisfied... and disappointed in how this was handled... read more

Do not use them. I needed a well and they did a terrible job and demanded payment. They got payment and I got nothing. Avoid at all costs

Called for a consult/quote on a broken well tank. Website did not list a service fee nor did the technician after arriving nearly an hour late. Technician spent LESS than 30 SECONDS (confirmed via timestamp on our cameras) in my yard, said that I needed a new tank and walked away WHILE I was trying to tell him what happened. He was at my residence for a total of 7 minutes, most of which was spent in his van. He also made no mention of a service fee. I called FOUR minutes after his departure to inform them that we would not be replacing the tank. AGAIN, no mention of a service fee. We just receive and invoice. The invoice states that my tank appeared to be broken by being pushed - although I witnessed the failure through my kitchen window and there was no one in the back yard. The tech would have had an accurate assessment had he given me time to speak before running to his truck to punch up a bill! Furthermore, the invoice states that we called him "ON HIS WAY BACK" to cancel! It was FOUR minutes after he departed - blatantly falsifying information on the invoice to "justify" the charge! So a few years back one of the co owners came out to "repair" my water well pump, he said you will have to replace it soon, I tell you what I have a refurbished one I can put in for ex amount of money; so I agreed and it was done. Over the next a few months after we had the worst taste like metal taste in our usually delicious spring water!! Long story short it kept messing up one thing after another..... ¿Problem? Well I didn't need a deep well pump we have a shallow well!!! These people are supposed to be professionals don't you think that instead of putting a bandaid on that stupid unnessasary well they would have told me I needed a shallow pump??? I went to Home Depot got a pump and installed it myself!! Here I am 2 plus years later and zero problems after dishing out hundreds of dollars to these so called professionals!!
