We had made a change to the design after completion and needed a side splash. They cut it for me and I was able to pick it up. My husband and I are very impressed and thankful to Granite Karma. He didn't try to upsell or act too fake or flattering like some of the salespeople at other companies do. We communicated mostly over email with Jeana, who was kind and responsive as well. The install went very smoothly and only took an hour or so. My only downside was that it took about a week longer than we were told to have it completed, and I had to reach out via email a few times to get updates instead of being updated. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again. The paperwork and payment were all online so it was very easy to do. Overall a smooth process and good work done.

Israel has done 2 projects for us. We had water damage from a water leak from refrigerator and he…read moretook out the old cabinets and rebuilt new ones. Everything looks identical to the original. I was worried that the granite countertop would have to be removed but he jacked it up to secure it and no cracks. Then we had another bathroom vanity that had termite damage. We had some other cabinet companies look at repairing but they all said the marble counter top would have to be removed. I doubt they could be removed without cracking. He came over and looked at the damage. No problem, supported the countertop with jacks. Measured the cabinets, went to his shop and rebuilt the cabinets. He came out a week later and reinstalled. Everything turned out perfect and no evidence that 2 of the cabinets were replacements. Thankfully we were able to reuse the drawers. He even fixed scratch marks on our dining room wood door! He is very professional, precise with his work. We have other projects for him and won't consider using anyone else. Hats off to Israel and Julie for a job well done. Isarel stepped in and made cabinets to fit my unusual configuration of cabinets. He had to make cabinets to fit under a 10' piece of granite without cracking it. I was skeptical but it was handled easily with "jacks" placed strategically under the countertop. Isarel is an artist! He stripped, sanded and painted the rest of my cabinets to look like something out of Better Homes and Gardens. Stonetech has a great cutting and grinding system. We really like the results. We had a very large…read moreisland using quartzite to replace the existing top. A single piece. The technicians worked with us to orient the stone to suit our vision and it turned out perfectly. We had an entire kitchen island and counter tops replaced and Bathroom vanity in 3 pieces. Craftsman ship was wonderful. Problem was during removal of old stone caused scratching to some of the cabinet and Sheetrock tearing and marring that needed repairing. They recommended a contractor which we hired re remodel Master Bath. He did a wonderful job and fixed issues with Stonetech's dismantling of old tops. Have great respect for StoneTech and people they recommend.

After leaving the Yuma and Quartzsite Arizona areas disappointed with no local businesses able to help we moved on to Casagrande and called AZ countertop. I described the material as a salt and pepper solid surface that had been shattered in three pieces. He offered to meet me on the road but we were traveling to Mesa anyway met him in the morning, dropped it off, and he had it fixed in two hours!
