I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The guys work fast, thoroughly, are kind and easy to have around. I had feedback on two small things while they worked.. no problem, they resolved them quickly and without issue. He talked me through the process and the quote and responded quickly to my email and texts. The actual laying of the flooring took under 5 hours but had to be split over two mornings because when the old carpet came up, the floor was uneven. Denis was prepared with a fix, pouring leveler and the next morning he and his father (a real family business) efficiently and skillfully finished the job. We are very pleased with the end result.

Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. They removed a load-bearing wall, installed a structural beam, enclosed a doorway, and replaced the flooring throughout our entire home. Abel Alvarez and his crew were phenomenal. They took great care during demolition and cleanup, and their attention to detail with the beam installation and drywall repair was outstanding. Since our previous contractor had already purchased the flooring, Caesar and Jesus handled the installation. They did an excellent job, and the finished floors look fantastic. We also asked our Project Manager, Jason Rodriguez, if we could receive the baseboards before installation so we could paint them, and he happily accommodated our request. The project was estimated to take four weeks, and the team actually finished one day ahead of schedule. What impressed me most was their communication. Throughout the project, we always knew what work was scheduled, when the crew would be onsite, and if there were any changes. That level of professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. They had to come back twice and still don't have it right. Victor advised me on February 23 that he ordered more product to finish fixing the rest of my floors and has since been MIA. My floors are still not fixed, I still don't have the flooring ordered to fix my floors and here I am. What's next???? DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
