I found this company on Yelp and called them after a disappointing experience with another company on Yelp (see review). I received white glove turnkey service. They are very organized. They communicated well. They met me at my home on time for the initial appointment. Chris took measurements and e-mailed me an estimate with the measurements and plan. They were willing to negotiate to give me the price that I was happy with. Fernando arrived at a later appointment to obtain pinpoint accurate results with lasers and other tech to provide the precise cuts that needed to be made. An installation was scheduled 2 weeks later. They completed the job in roughly 8 hours. They protected my existing backsplash in the process. What I most appreciated about Granite Karma is their communication and level of service. They are ranked #2 on Yelp so they have a lot of interest from multiple clients. But despite the great demand for their services, they treated me with respect and courtesy throughout the process. He was professional, easy to talk to, and answered all of my numerous questions. Granite Karma did an amazing job of putting granite in my kitchen. Ramon is the owner and will help you to make a great choice on what will look the best on your project. We had four rooms of granite installed including a kitchen and two baths and bar. Elvis is the Lead of measuring and installation. Ramon will have you go to AZ Tile to choose what you want to have them install and you put down a deposit of $100.00 for each slab. We used three slabs and everything was done so fast and they took the old sinks/faucets away and also cleaned up their mess. Very good experience. Also the same day of installation about an hour after the job was finished the owner Ramon called to do a quality check on how we felt the install went. I've installed Granite in 3 homes in the last 5 years, Ive never been more impressed than this installation with Granite Karma. Ramon has amazing customer service, is reliable and on time. He responds to questions via text or email, within a few minutes. He makes you feel as though you are his only customer. Installation-same quality of customer service. I called Granite Karma to get my countertops measured. Chris answered the phone and gave me all the details of how they do things. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I called him several times and he was very patient with me as I asked my questions. He sent out Elvis and his assistant to do the measurement and the next day I got a text from Chris. Great company and great work. I got estimates from 6 companies and picked this one based on price, review and ability to get the job done quickly. They did not disappoint. Ramon never failed to pick up the phone when I had a question or was granite shopping and getting stressed. I was on a tight time frame of 3 weeks to get my kitchen and bathroom granite done before leaving the country. Other companies told me 1 month or longer. This company did it well within my 3 weeks, I picked out the granite on Friday and they installed it Tuesday! And it's perfect, looks great, professional, couldn't be better.
