Honestly, I not only couldn't have been happier with the outcome and the attentiveness of Seth and his team, but I was also shocked with how he intentionally took money out of his own pocket (figuratively) to recommend ways that I can save money on the project. I'll explain: due to a very costly and stressful plumbing emergency in my house, I was left with massive chunks of removed flooring. Not only did he come out on a weekend (because I had no availability before then) to measure, give me a quote, make recommendations, etc. but he let me explain the situation with my homeowners insurance (a complete mess, a story for another time). He went out of his way to do a water damage inspection at absolutely no cost, went home, and wrote a detailed report that I could submit to my insurance. That was in NO WAY his responsibility, and I didn't even ask him if he could do that, but he empathized with my situation. On top of all that, I had made a mention to him about my construction background, so he offered me the opportunity to do all of the removal of old flooring, baseboard removal and replacing, which saved me a huge chunk of money. It honestly gave me a lot of hope in contractors and that they (at least, he) cares about people AT LEAST as much as he cares about the money. On top of all of that, he didn't want me having to spend money on storing all of my furniture off-site and having to live out of a short term rental (I have 6 pets that would have to come with us) he came up with multiple options that would help me financially. All of those options would create some form of inconvenience for him and his crew, but was more than willing to make adjustments for my benefit. All in all, he was readily available when I reached out with any questions, and he was on the site nearly every day to give me updates. The quality of work was everything I could have hoped it could be. Not to mention, I wanted some crazy custom tile that I saw on social media for my master bedroom, and he found where I could purchase it, how much it would cost, and his recommendations for different patterns that complimented my home. I am extremely and genuinely grateful for Seth, his ladies at the show room, and the gentleman who patiently showed us many different options that we were interested in. Geo, the claimed project manager, never stopped telling me what he wanted and how he was going to do it, that he never listened to me, the customer. He never provided a single estimate, design, never took measurement, changed his own mind regarding design and products being used, without ever discussing it with me. He installed different designs on half of the bathroom, then finished with another design on the other half. He never ever listened, blamed his workers, but never took responsibility, and said, "sue me". read more

Projects manager barely came to site. Workers were very nice but never understood the scope of the project and Envision never communicated with them leaving me the homeowner to instruct the worker ( who I could not communicate with due to a language barrier) as to what to do. They damaged thing and just covered it up. Had unlicensed tradesman. They never addressed my VALID concerns. People would show up when no one was scheduled. Then not show up at all or be 3-4 hours late. Also they would pull the people working on my bathroom to do bigger projects dragging on my bathroom project that should've been done in a month not the months it took. Then when we were upset about the last installer scratched our new countertop they sent us a thing of barkeepers friend and put a lien on our house even though we have been in contact with them to make final payment. Also we had paid them a substantial amount of money already. Their incompetence was what held up the projects and their final payments. Not to mention they didn't remove things that they were contractually obligated to do but never did leaving me to find someone else to do it and wanting us to pay for services never done. -Damaging property - Little or no communication - Unlicensed plumbers - Poor quality tile work (different heights of grout and various colors of grout throughout the same floor). read more

I have no idea about their work as I had them come for a quote on 5/17/22 and was told I'd have a quote back in 2 days and never received One. It's now been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back after following up twice... The first time I was told it was an emergency and would get the quote by the end of the day and then nothing. Then followed up again 4 days later and they completely just ghosted me. I guess my shower remodel wasn't of interest to them. read more

Seth and his folks just finished my whole house, tile - to - wood conversion. It wasn't an easy job, but they kept me in the loop, stayed on schedule, and were more than accommodating when things came up. My husband dropped by the house during the job, and when I asked him how it was going, told me "there's an army in there!". Seth, Joey (the Project Mngr) and all the guys were just great. Oh, and the job came in exactly on budget, even with changes. Only wish I had known about these guys when we did our reno. read more

Envision Interiors installed vinyl in the downstairs in my home it took only a couple of days for the guys to get the vinyl installed and do demo. They were fast, friendly and efficient would highly recommend. Also, Seth the project manager was very communicative which helped make our home remodel a breeze. read more

This is obviously a new business just getting started. It has potential to do well just needs a little more professionalism. Challenges are: Price quote was $300 when the estimator left then changed to $311..when received the quote Difficult time with scheduling appointments. I had an appointment at 4pm I called them at 5:30 at which point they said they need to reschedule. Reschedule for a time slot between 8-10 after calling them at 10:45 they said 12 was the new time..finally arrived at 1pm. Difficult time with getting a call returned. Business owners think it is ok to text a response when the customer calls and leaves a message. Some messages weren't returned and no return call as business stated The positive: The install team was quick, professional and cleaned up. Carpet came in fast was able to have new carpet in 1week!!! What began w/signing a contract and sending a multi-thousand dollar check through the mail (I had to confirm receipt of, as it wasn't communicated), ended w/unpainted trim I asked for the color and finish of, to complete the project ourselves. Originally advised of a 1-2 week project (just over 600 square feet), I was then told 3-4 days. Okay, great. With the intention of still living in our home during completion, as well as arrangements for our animals to be out of the home during the 8a-4p working hours, we assumed we were all set. This was not the case at all. Our project began on a Monday, w/the Friday before doing a walk through w/the project manager, and a hand off of our garage door opener for the crews to get in. Luckily my spouse was home Monday morning or crew would've never gotten in, but we didn't know this ... yet. The crew was there to demo carpet and prep for the new tile, only there until 1p. I reached out inquiring if they'd be returning, under the impression they worked until 4p - they weren't coming back. The next day, around 840a when the crew hadn't shown up, I reached out to the project manager trying to find out where they were ... w/o answer. At 930a the crew finally showed up, unable to gain access inside, as I viewed from my Ring camera. Again, reaching out to the project manager via phone w/o answers. FINALLY I received a text back, he wasn't taking calls as he has COVID. NOT OKAY! Regardless of your stance on the virus, someone else from Envision should've been placed in charge of my project, and I should've been advised. Especially considering the man was in my home less than week prior, and also had my garage door opener. My spouse had to leave work to let the crew in. I asked the project manager to have a managerial staff member contact me immediately. No one did, so I called the number on the website, getting in touch w/the owner. An owner that was completely unapologetic, unprofessional, with no remorse for any of the mess up. Not a single "I understand your frustration" or "I'm sorry", just justification. Moving on, Tuesday the crew didn't leave until after 7p, which I obviously wasn't prepared for. Wednesday the crew didn't show up until 9a, finishing after 6p. Then Thursday, leaving around 12pm. The project was not completed though. We still had baseboard installation and paint; not within the 3-4 days I was told of, as well as now they would need the weekend. After the baseboards were installed, there were visible gaps between the tile installed and the walls. I reached out to the owner, with photos; performing a walk through the next day an hour prior to painting. The paint crew never showed up. The tile guy had to come back out to patch up the gaps, and a new crew was assigned to paint the baseboards on Monday (leaving the hallway baseboards unpainted). Communication was terrible. Timing was inaccurate. The job wasn't completed. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Clearly the business is not important enough for the owner to have any sort of empathy or ownership of mistakes. What a joke. read more

Envision Interiors recently came out to our home and renovated our 2 showers by installing backsplash, as well as installed our new kitchen subway tile backsplash, and new flooring in our living and dining area. My husband and I had shopped around and received multiple quotes, and decided to go with Envision after meeting with Zach. He was extremely helpful, timely with responses, and made the process seamless as well as extremely affordable. Carlos and the installation team came over the course of a week and they were kind enough to work with our hectic work schedules throughout the install process. Everything was done with precision and in a timely fashion. I was worried about things being out of place during the install, but they were great about keeping the areas tidy so it didn't cause too much stress on us. Our flooring is perfect and exactly what we wanted and the new tile in our kitchen and bathrooms makes a world of difference. I highly recommend Envision to anyone looking to renovate or recreate their space! read more

I recently hired Envision to do my business bathroom renovation & from start to finish was an absolute headache and disappointment. Was told it would take "3 or so" days ... took 10. No bathrooms for employees or customers. The one installer scheduled for the job spent more time on his phone than working (hence the 10 days). Asked (very cleary) for a urinal to be removed from wall and to cover with tile .... was not done. The installer told me job was done with all plumbing disconnected ... had to call the Project Manager (who did his best to try to manage the job) to ask why the plumbing was left to be informed AFTER the job was completed I would have to hire a plumber .... this is not my trade so how would I know to to do this? Never explained this would be an additional step or cost to the project. Project manager had a plumber in here next day but again, subpar staff who left job partially completed and we had to have them come back next day. Initial installer left the job site a DISASTER .... I had to pay my employees to clean up after a contractor. We are now 30 days post completion and our white grout and tile is FILTHY - had our longtime contractor come look at it and confirmed it was never sealed. Reached out to original project manager and was less than forgiving saying it was sealed and "I told you would need to re-seal every 2-3 months." It has been 1 month & after confirming from a contractor with 3 decades of experience that not only was it NOT sealed, he physically chipped away dried grout in front of my eyes that was on top of one of our tiles to show me how sloppy the job was done. When I messaged the project manager about this his response was "that is his opinion." Unreal unprofessionalism, quality of work, time of work and insensitivity to us being upset. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any type of work. read more

Their customer service is very reliable and trustworthy. I'm glad I found this place out sooner than later though they saved me a lot of money. Their installation was top notch. No mistakes whatsoever. They did it all in one day. Great employees. They really know what they're doing. Their value is extremely reasonable. One of the nicest showrooms around that's why they're one of my favorite team to use on all my projects.
