I am visiting from Santa Cruz California. I came in for gel nails and Pedicure. Paul did an amazing job and was so knowledgeable about his trade. We did powder nails and regular polish on the Pedicure. He did some Cool nail art and really took perfect hare of my hands and feet. Bravo. I appreciate being able to communicate in english. Horrific wait. Went in to get eyebrows done and they said ok no problem. 10 minutes went by no update on the wait time or anything. Not a friendly welcome either when I went in with my girlfriend. I'll just go to K STAR like I normally do they treat us like family. read more

The older lady in there tries to embarrass you if you go in and don't leave a tip or a big enough tip. I went in there for the first time in like 6 months to a year and their prices went up. I had no clue their prices went up. I only took in enough to cover the -what use to be $32 pedi and $8 tip. They charged $40 for pedis now. She yelled out to her son that I didn't leave a tip with the place full of customers. I was so embarrassed- I have never been back. She is so rude to customers. read more

I have been doing my nails sense 1992. I started going to Envy Nails for 5 years now. In that time, I have gone to other shops. Why? I don't know why. But their nails do not hold up to Envy Nails. The owner and her kids are good people and very nice. I have never seen anyone of them show and disrespect to any of their customers' even when they were very disrespectful to them. I have even asked. " What would be a good color for my skin type." They would give me some colors they thought would look good on me. If I didn't like them, they would do what I wanted. I went out of town 2 weeks ago and had to get my nails done. They started lifting. So, back home and here I go right back to Envy Nails. They fix the others mess and on my way I go. I was given a gift certificate so went to get a pedicure. I called first to check how busy they were. I was told to come within the next 20 minutes and there'd be no problem. I arrived, signed in and was pointed to a chair. There were 4 other customers there. I sat with my feet soaking for 30 minutes. I took them out of the water and still no one said anything. I finally walked out after 50 minutes. The same customers were still getting their service and 4 or 5 new customers were waiting. Terrible service! I wish I didn't have a gift certificate. I would never go back there. I've been getting pedicures for years and this is the worst place I've ever been in. read more

Went there for the first time today. The young man who did my pedicure was awesome. I enjoyed chatting with him and my toes look amazing.

Horrible Customer Service..I went into this location with hopes of getting Quality Service. I sat there for almost 15 mins before I was even acknowledged..The price board clearly stated the prices.. But I was charged $10 just to remove my Gel polish... I then asked the technician why I was being charged more than what was listed she told me if I don't like the price I could go else where! I was so appalled I didn't even complete my services I got up and left!! Absolute worst experience at a nail Salon! I recommend you think twice before going to Envy nail!! I wanted to give this place a negative star. I had a young man who was in the middle of watching a movie give me a pedicure. What I received was a 25 dollar polish. The polish selection is very limited. He ran the water and it was to hot. He watched t.v. The whole time. He also watched the kids in the lobby the whole time. He did everything but a good job on my feet. He didn't scrub. When I left there I still had dead skin on my feet. He said that he did his best. He and the lady then went to talking about me in there language. Her solution to my problem was putting oil on my heals. This place was empty for a reason. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more
