Oh baby.. my eye brows are naturally on the blonde side so it looks like half of them are non-existent. But Summerville N&L are literal magicians. Once leaving there, I was extremely satisfied with my now visible eye brows. Nails: I come to them for my nails the most, because let's be honest - what girl doesn't want to feel pretty? I work in a manual labor job outside, so I'm horrible on my hands/nails. But every single time they work with me to make sure I leave with my nails looking and feeling like a million bucks. I originally asked for dip removal and gel polish. The receptionist then asked if I would like to add a manicure, and I agreed. However, what I received was essentially the dip removal and gel polish I had originally requested. There was no cuticle trimming or grooming and no hand massage, although cuticle oil was applied at the end. While removing the dip, the tech filed a small hole into my thumbnail. Fortunately, it was near the end of the nail and we were able to clip that portion off. I've had my nails professionally done for many years and have never had this happen before. When I looked at the spot, he told me it was because my nails were weak. I understand that nails can be thinner after wearing dip, but I would have appreciated a simple acknowledgment that it happened during the removal. The tech also took a lengthy phone call during my appointment. I wasn't timing it, but I would estimate it lasted somewhere around 5-10 minutes. Overall, none of these things individually would have been a huge issue, but together they made for a disappointing first experience. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll return.
