I had tuxedo pants that were 10 years and a few inches ago that Mario expertly tailored to current measurements on short notice. I texted the number and Mario was able to set me up with an appointment for the upcoming Tuesday of that week. The process was pretty quick. Mario took my measurements, he explained the rental process, let me look at some designs and ultimately gave me freedom on the color I wanted. Price was what I expected between $250 and $300, including the 2 piece blazer and pants, white shirt, matching vest and two ties to choose from. They could have included shoes as well but I had my own pair. I'm not sure if that would have altered the price. It took about 5 days for it to be ready, as I could have picked it up the following Monday but it was a busy day for me. Mario even let me try it on and make alterations before I walked out ensuring that my suit was the perfect fit for my special day. Overall, the customer service was top notch and I felt like I was able to take my time throughout the experience despite all the stress that comes with getting married. In retrospect, I should have just mailed the return in as I had originally planned. The male salesperson helped me out, scanned the item, and I thought the return was complete. However, when I went home and checked my receipts, I realized that I had gotten incorrectly charged for an exchange for a $100 sweater instead of getting refunded for the full amount of the return item (keep in mind, I just returned the coat and left in less than 5 minutes; I certainly did not purchase any items or make an exchange). I called the store and am hoping the mistake will get fixed and I'll get reimbursed the full amount but this was super frustrating and has never happened to me with another company before - I'm still at a lost for how I could have gotten charged for an item that I didn't purchase....

I then sat for several minutes waiting for assistance with a return, only to be spoken to in a dismissive manner once someone finally approached me. There were only two customers in the store at the time, so the lack of service was especially disappointing. Afterward, I followed up with my SA, who has always provided excellent service, and my concerns were escalated to management. Unfortunately, instead of taking accountability for how I was treated, Salvador responded with an email attempting to justify the behavior by implying the team was busy assisting others. That explanation simply did not reflect the reality of the situation. I responded respectfully, emphasizing that accountability matters and expressing hope that this could serve as a learning opportunity for the staff. I also clarified that my experience should not be attributed to high traffic when the store was clearly not busy. I never received a response. At this point, I question how thoroughly my complaint was actually reviewed. It feels easier for staff to claim they were occupied than to acknowledge poor customer service and address it honestly.

I wont name my stylist cause I dont want to be unkind but she seemed confused that I had chosen this shop as my first stop. Im not sure if its well understood that you shouldnt come here if you havent tried on any dresses yet but, it did make me feel like she thought it was a waste of time. Additionally, they didnt have very many styles to choose from. There were hundreds of dresses, for sure, but they were all very very similiar and either A- Line princess dresses with huge skirts, V cut necklines or heavily beaded and embroidered. I was really hoping for mini dresses, something with pleats, two pieces, tiered dresses and more color variation like off white, champagne, cream, blush, etc. I suppose I should have read the reviews.
