Mario and his team are the best! I needed a suit for my wedding this past week but I only had about 10 days. I had reached out one weekend but they were away from the shop due to an event. I texted the number and Mario was able to set me up with an appointment for the upcoming Tuesday of that week. The process was pretty quick. Mario took my measurements, he explained the rental process, let me look at some designs and ultimately gave me freedom on the color I wanted. Price was what I expected between $250 and $300, including the 2 piece blazer and pants, white shirt, matching vest and two ties to choose from. They could have included shoes as well but I had my own pair. I'm not sure if that would have altered the price. It took about 5 days for it to be ready, as I could have picked it up the following Monday but it was a busy day for me. Mario even let me try it on and make alterations before I walked out ensuring that my suit was the perfect fit for my special day. Overall, the customer service was top notch and I felt like I was able to take my time throughout the experience despite all the stress that comes with getting married. I had a bad experience visiting the store trying to rent a tuxedo. The issue is the owner, Mario, has a BAD customer service (and only to those who don't look like him..) and does not recognize it as a problem. I made an appointment over emails to do a fitting for tuxedo rental on a Saturday. When I walked in just in time for the appointment, there were two customers that were being served. I waited for him to finish them up, as I understand that they were there before me. I waited for about 25 minutes while he wraps up other customers (ofc mixed with long chatters). However, he definitely did not seem interested in serving us, just telling us to wait with no acknowledgement of the fact that I made an appoint. While we were waiting, a White couple walked into the store. We all waited until the previous customers were done. When the previous customers finally left the store, the owner approaches the couple, gives them a handshake, then proceeds to take measurements and give the guy jacket to try on. This was definitely not how he greeted us. He also basically ignored us who have patiently waited for 30 minutes. At that point, I was furious. I really wanted to say something to him but realized it's not worth my time. And when I left the store, Mario shut the door behind us which had been left open the whole time. Really left a bitter taste in my mouth. I wrote him an email, as a follow-up to my appointment email, saying how unprofessional he was and racist for only serving White customers. He replied saying he had to reschedule several appointments, which caused service delays.. What a lame excuse. Not only did he not tell us that, nor did he keep the order of customers straight. If a customer is there before someone else, they need to served first. When a customer makes an appointment, that time commitment should be honored and respected. This store boasts to hold so much history, but his sense of what is right stayed right when the store opened. How shameful. They must think they could continue to service gaining business from old White customers with jackets and shirts from 90s covered in dust. read more

This place never seizes to amaze me, I know they have been around for a VERY long time, and you would think that as the generations change, that the level of customer service would not be as important, but nothing of the kind at this clothier. I bought an off the rack blue suit from Men's Wearhouse for my wedding, they took my measurements and told me it would take a week for alterations. I came back to try it on and I was still quite baggy on me. I asked them if they could taper my jacket or alter my pants further, the sales associate encouraged me that a suit should look like that and said I should not do any more work on it. Still unhappy with the fit of my suit after dropping 750 dollars with alterations, I went to to find a more specialized tailor to get a second opinion. I brought it into Cassara Brothers, Mario was friendly and knowledgeable. Right out the gate, he listed off 3-4 fundamental mistakes that the last person did when altering my suit and told me how he could fix it. He was able to adjust the previous alterations and made my suit much more form fitting. He fixed my suit, sold me a much better fitting vest. A day before the wedding I realized I didn't own any solid white dress shirts, I stopped by once more, he was able to size me, alter it, and iron the shirt in about 24 mins, he's a pro! read more

I needed to leave by Friday morning, and he helped me find the right suit and worked overtime to make sure it was tailored on time.
