Love these tans SO much, and I'm sad to have moved far away! Kristy will take you from a real-life ghost emoji to flawlessly tan in less than 20 minutes. It started pouring during my last appointment, and she helped me powder up and cover up so there wasn't any smudging or streaking (cue me running to my car in terror, with a coat over my head.) She's so good at color matching and it always looks so even and natural, which is hard when I am naturally paler than even the palest drugstore foundation. Christy and her team are amazing. Making your appointments is so easy. Sometimes you will get a text to make your appointment online which I love. You get email and text reminders is your scheduling a little further out, which is always helpful. You get the best results every time because it's an actual person spraying you instead of a machine. The location is super clean and Kristi is amazing. She made me feel comfortable which was great because I was nervous. She has great product for sale in the lobby as well. I was really excited to try EO Tan because of all the great reviews but I was really disappointed with the quality of work. She seemed rushed, and the end product definitely showed. My heels and part of my back legs are not tanned at all, nor are my wrists. Parts of my palms and feet received way too much color, leaving that dreaded burned orange no one wants on their skin! I don't recommend this place at all. Super disappointed about the quality. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because even though she seemed in a hurry, she was friendly and I liked that they offered different tannings products. Got a tan by Denise just before a weeklong trip. The color came out awesome; very natural looking dark brown just like I get during the summer after spending weeks laying out in the sun---without all the harmful UV rays. I absolutely love that this business is set up in a home but it actually looks like a business with a waiting room and everything. I got there early and the waiting room was clean with pictures of many different body types that get spray tans. When Kristy greeted me, she was very warm and friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable. When she took me in the room, she was very quick but very thorough. I could tell she knows what she's doing. She had such a great system for spraying and I was super impressed with her attention to detail when she took the time to wipe each of my finger and toe nails.
