Lisa helped and was super hospitable. She explained everything and she definitely knew what she was doing. The reason for this review is the fact I'm disheartened by the results of my close to $200 facial... though the crew seemed nice. I had no issue with the hospitality. The facial I got was supposed to go after blackheads and a lot more but sadly my pores look the same after spending close to $200. It was a 90 minute treatment but I only got 73 minutes instead of the whole hour and a half. The atmosphere was a little claustrophobic beings it was such a small place but it was also cosy. I had a European facial (included cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, treatment mask and massage [neck, shoulders and hands]) with microdermabrasion. My esthetician was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about foods and ingredients in products that should be avoided. She went over my entire skin care regime with me and personalized my experience. The facial was wonderful and my skin felt so clean and refreshed afterwards! My skin has really cleared up since that facial. I also bought a benzoyl peroxide product that would help clear my skin up. With the facial, microdermabrasion, product that I purchased, and tip, it came out to about $150. At 29 years old, I finally had my first facial and it was better than I imagined! 2 years ago I went to a dermatologist to help with my terrible adult acne and was prescribed some harsh creams. The creams helped with major acne but I was still having breakouts and my skin was so flakey and sensitive from the dermatologist prescribed creams. I knew it was time for something new. I received a facial from Jessica who was great at helping me understand this realm of new products and procedures. Since it was my first facial I wanted to get something not very intimidating, Jessica recommend the European facial and suggested add ons like Oxygen or light treatments and explained all the benefits of it. I love Kristen and Trina, I feel my skin has improved sooo much since I started coming to them.
