The worst group I have ever hired. I used based on reviews, but the quality of work was sloppy and constant short cuts were taken. Asked for fence and garage siding/door repairs. I had to keep an eye on all they did as quality of craftsmanship was not one of their strengths. They even added the wrong size top board on my fence, used pine where they should have used pressure treated on gate And did not paint before they added the hardware. I had to remove it all and do it the right way, as well as scraping the paint off the hardware! A disaster!!!!! read more

When finding people to put in a new fence, it's more challenging than you think unless you're using EOC remodeling. They communicated incredibly well. They were timely in their quote. The price was reasonable. The work was done quickly, and the contract and payment process was straight forward. Great experience with these guys! I got several quotes to fix the gates on my fence, and the other companies all suggested 2 new gates for $700+ total. I asked EOC for a quote for 2 new gates and they said they could fix what I had with a couple of new fence posts and hinges instead of replacing the whole thing. I was so impressed with their honesty, and I only had to wait about a week for them to come do the work. The finished product is awesome! I can't believe how well the gates work with just a few changes. I'll be calling EOC the next time I need anything done around the house. read more

I had 3 rotted porch columns. I had been trying to find someone to do the work for 3 weeks. Many handyman services just ghost you if the job isn't big enough. My daughter recommended EOC. They did work on her fence previously. I texted them and the next morning they came out to give me an estimate on the spot. To be honest, it was the best price I had received all along. I signed the contract the next day and the work was completed as requested 2 days after that. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I just moved into a place with a disaster of a chainlink fence line. It was so overgrown with vines and trash trees and poison ivy! Eric and his guys gave me a great deal, came in and removed the old fence and put up a wonderful new fence that is not only well constructed, but also stained it so that it looks amazing! Gabby has been great to communicate with! I am so thankful for how helpful and quickly they worked so that I can reclaim my backyard from the wild foliage that had tried to take over. I had EOC come to do a complete demolition and re-build of my back deck. Unfortunately, while Gabriela and I were on the same page for what was being requested, Erick apparently misunderstood. The contract was listed as a complete demo and re-build for what, in retrospect, was a very low price. My fault for not raising the question, but the contract did state exactly what was requested. The day of work, Erick came with a few 2x6s and began to tear up only the stairs and replace them. When we realized there was a misunderstanding, I showed him the contract. He accused me of lying about what I wanted despite confirming with his wife that it was to be a complete demo and rebuild and seeing the contract. He got extremely belligerent, and even showed extreme misogyny when he said his wife's opinion didn't matter because she was a woman and we were men who needed to be honest. He had his wife crying on the phone and never even asked how he could make things right. Never apologized for his mistake in misunderstanding. He left with my porch having no steps and has since refused to refund my money. Gabriela was amazing, but Erick's attitude, refusal to work with me in readjusting the quote for what needed to be done, calling me a liar and his treatment towards his wife was disgraceful. read more
