A party of 3 of us took a private Santa Barbara wine tasting tour with George as our guide. We have taken such tours before but this was by far the best one, and for not much more than we had spent before, making it an excellent value. The late model Suburban was in pristine condition and very comfortable. George was very personable, knowledgeable about the region's wine industry and very professional -- a serious guide for serious people. He went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful experience at each winery, never rushed us, seemed to be friends with the staff at each winery, which enabled him to get us off-the-menu tastings at each place, and most importantly, he achieved the perfect balance of being present and available and leaving our party by ourselves to enjoy the wineries privately. Great for bachelorette Parties!!! I planned the trip about a month prior. I was going to choose between EOS and another venue, but the customer service from Whitney made the choice real easy. We did the wine tour on Friday and the Dancing night on Saturday. Greg took us to the wineries. We had such a blast!!! The next night we went to EOS Lounge. We got a great booth. I booked the Celebration Tour for 9 of us through Greg, who was very helpful and informative prior to our tour date. George was our driver and was very patient and accommodating, not to mention super sweet. We toured 3 vineyards in a passenger van with good a/c. The Sunstone vineyard was by far the group favorite - the wines and olive oils were amazing! Later that night we were pleasantly surprised to be picked up by TJ in a black limo to take us to dinner and later to EOS nightclub for VIP service. The service provided by EOS transportation was great and at $175/person, well worth the price for not having to worry about coordinating various plans/transportation. failed on pretty much every detail our organizer had requested a charter or one of their upscale cars, the company KNEW they had overbooked these and did not have them, and elected to withhold that information so we wouldn't cancel. We got carsick in the 12 seater van that looked like an airport shuttle van we then sat for 45 minutes in the van in 100 degree weather while our driver got our lunch, rather than her picking up our lunch while we were at a winery for over an hour and having it ready for us. they then tried to charge us for additional hours of usage without actually letting us know that we were at our time limit. would NEVER use this company again read more

We took a wine tour for our group of 8 during a friends bachelorette weekend and it couldn't have gone better. Initially, I was trying to find a transportation service and plan the wine tour myself- I found that it would have been much more expensive and time consuming to do on my own. My mom and I did a wine tour with them and it was amazing! Our driver, LP, was awesome - she gave us the low down on the different vineyards and all the best places to eat and drink in Los Olivos. She even introduced us to the owner of one of the vineyards and gave us a side stop for an olive oil tasting! I am delayed in posting this but as I now am planning another wine tasting trip to Santa Barbara I am reminded to NOT use Eos. I planned a private bachelorette wine tasting trip last year for about 15 of us, each of us paying well over $100/each. Signed the contract one month prior to trip, picked out the 3 wineries and had that on the contract. Got on our tour, driver was great and funny! When we got to our first winery it was one that we did NOT want to go to, in fact it was one that was rated lowest on all wine stops. I looked at our itinerary and they all were none of our selected ones, even though our wineries were on my contract, it was ignored. I called Whitney at Eos and he said your list is just your wish list and not actually what you get, and if we didn't want to go to the rest the trip would be cancelled. There was no apology, just a feeling of too bad and get over it. This was also after I had left well over a handful of voicemails then FINALLY asking the driver to call him, which then he answered. I wine taste all year round throughout California for the last decade and this was THE WORST service I have ever encountered. I will never use this again. My friend had written a review on this same incident and they offered her a free wine trip and she kept her review up and turned down the offer due to how rude they were. The excuse they gave to her was that the wineries were not set up prior, which is a complete lie, I have a document with the date. I reviewed the contract on the phone with Whitney, reiterating the list and that I signed a legal binding document acknowledging where we were to go to and he again said too bad. read more

I just returned from a weekend bachelorette party in Santa Barbara. We couldn't have done it without EOS! We made last minute plans and they were so accommodating (despite the fact that it was fiesta weekend and excessively crowded in town). We booked the celebration package which includes daytime wine tour and club package at EOS lounge at night. We did the wine tour in the day and visited Bridlewood, Melville, and Foley. Our picnic lunch outside was great and all the wineries were very accommodating of our large group (11 girls). They returned at night to take us to town for dinner and then walked us right into the club after dinner. Whitney even made a last minute dinner reservation for our large group. I literally did not have to think of a thing - they take care of everything for you. I can't say enough about the value of this package.
