He also let me know that he recorded me the entire time he was in my home when I called him to tell him his parts failed. I was home alone, which makes this all the more scary. When I asked why in the world he thinks that is okay, especially since he didn't say he was recording me, was because "I could have had heroin on my kitchen table". WTF??? He told me I couldn't "crap in my own hand" and then expect something different - this was after I asked for my money back instead of inviting this crazy person back to my home. At the first visit when he was to service my unit he went off about capitalism and got REAL red to the point that I was uncomfortable with his nasty political rhetoric and vitriol. He does not listen when a client speaks. He cuts you off or will loudly, to the point of yelling, talk over you. I'm sure he doesn't treat men the same, he's a real toxic person. He let me know that I have no legal rights. This definitely tells you he knows he is wrong when within minutes of questing his decision making, he goes to lawyers. Do yourself a favor - especially if you are a female or a man whos wife would be home alone at the time of service, like me - and never use Pettry for any service. This man is scary. Evidently someone came and looked at the issue. They didn't like employee having to ask office for some information? The second review was a guy from Pennsylvania reviewing the wrong Rhodes plumbing!! This family don't work in PA. I'd hire them anytime. They have a good reputation in NWA.
