Surprised my boyfriend with a flight with David out of Livermore. It was an amazing experience and one that won't be topped anytime soon. Highly recommend booking a flight - we did the "First Flight - The Aviation Adventure" and it was SO cool!

What a blast! My children and I took a tour over the Bay with Epic Aer. David our pilot was a pleasure to meet. He was wonderful to my two boys. Kind, fun and very professional. David explained to us all that was needed to know regarding our flight. Communication was clear and timely. We flew over San Francisco around 5pm. The weather and the sunset light were wonderful. We were able to see the many beautiful places San Francisco has to offer. Golden Gate, Bay Bridge, Alcatraz, Palace of Fine Art and more. David flew over the Golden Gate at 45 degrees. Seeing the city from a plane at that angle is something that I recommend to experience. My two sons and I had a really good time. I highly recommend this tour with Epic!!

I booked my Wife and I a flight for our anniversary, but unfortunately our pilot got sick and we had to reschedule to our actual anniversary weekend. One of my biggest concerns with trying new things is customer service and they went above my expectations. We got to pick our new date/time and it was so worth it. We had the pleasure of flying with Dave and HE WAS AMAZING. He was very helpful to us even hours before our flight. During our flight he was very knowledgeable about what/where we were going. He allowed us to take as many pictures as we wanted and we were able to see the most beautiful sunset. We will most definitely be recommending Epic to friends/family and raving about our pilot Dave. We got to see a sunken ship in San Francisco Bay (between the San Mateo and Dumbarton Bridges) that I've never heard about before. We flew a few times over the Golden Gate Bridge, and came back to San Carlos along the cost. That was unforgettable, and I am definitely coming back!

Amazing ride! The pilot was very friendly, and the ride was truly breathtaking. We first went down the coast near half moon bay, and then flew over the golden gate bridge, alcatraz, and the city downtown. For each of those last three spots, he did two spins around, giving you plenty of time for great pictures and appreciating the amazing view read more

My husband surprised me with a tour booked through Epic Aer. Glen was going to be our pilot. The morning of our tour Glen texted my husband and said that the plane needed maintenance and our booked tour would need to be reschedule or a refund could be issued. Since we live 5 hours away and we were there for the weekend, we chose the refund. My husband asked how long till the money hit our account. Glen said about 4 days. It has been 11 days and no refund. We texted Glen for a follow up and he responded that he would have to investigate. That was three days ago. We have called and texted and no response. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and the $600 that has not been returned is upsetting. read more

What a blast! My children and I took a tour over the Bay with Epic Aer. David our pilot was a pleasure to meet. He was wonderful to my two boys. Kind, fun and very professional. Celebrated my wife's 50th birthday with a tour over the Bay. Epic Aer made it easy to book and did a great job keeping us informed on weather and travel related items. We did a 7pm flight which caught the sunset and the night lights of the city/bridges. I highly recommend asking for Dave as the pilot. He made us feel extremely comfortable which was important since this was our first time in a plane this size. He was also a great guide for our trip. Truly an experience we will not forget. I highly recommend Dave and Epic Aer. Thank you for making this 50th milestone so special. read more

Our 1-hour tour of the bay area was an 18th birthday present for our flight simulator loving son. We had a great time with Glen, who let my son fly a good portion of the hour wherever we wanted to go. If you ever wanted a quick getaway, book one of their tours and you're guaranteed to have an amazing time. The pilot was professional and highly knowledgeable of the areas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking a tour with Epic Aer. In my opinion, there wasn't a single thing this company should change. I could not ask for better. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. I purchased a flight over the city for my boyfriend's birthday, and he was all smiles. He said it greatly exceeded his expectations, and we both really enjoyed the experience. I really can't recommend it enough. We booked online with Glen, who was very quick to respond and accommodating. The night before our reservation, our pilot, David, texted me to introduce himself. Meeting at the airport was straightforward and everything went smoothly. David was just a pleasure to be around. He was knowledgeable, experienced, safe, etc. etc. You could tell he enjoyed flying, and he really wanted us to have an experience worth remembering. Both my boyfriend and I actually walked away wanting to work towards our private pilot license someday (ideally with David as our instructor!!) If you're second guessing the experience, don't! It's absolutely the most amazing experience that I've ever had. I barely write Yelp reviews but need to give Epic Aer a 5 stars for their professional and excellent service. I saw the tour on Viator but glad we checked out their website as they offered 30% off there. So about $130/person if you book on their website. Guys, seriously no one can beat that service at such a reasonable price. The airplane is clean and modern with comfortable seats. We came to Palo Alto Airport 10 mins earlier but the pilot was already waiting there. He is experienced, super friendly and vaccinated. The tour was about 45 mins, so fantastic to see the city from the above. We flew over Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Coin Tower, etc and took hundreds of photos lol! I also purchased a gift card for my newly wedded friends as a Wedding gift. I'm sure they'll have unforgettable memory together. If you are looking for a fun activity to do in the Bay Area, I highly recommend to try this SF Bay air tour. It's a once in a life time experience and worths every penny! read more

I'll start from he beginning cause there's alot to unfold in this review. We met up at the Napa Valley wine train at 5:30 am. Don't be late cause a few people were and we were waiting on them. They give you your itinerary and you sign a waiver , and the. You meet your pilot. They drove us in their vans to the take off point which was off the train track. See the video, it was amazing. I was worried that the wind might be to much fir the too lift off, but they said if they can't, they have alternative locations. Once we got I'm the air it was very smooth and very relaxing. There we about 20 people in our basket. Not alot of room, but keep in mind your not going to move around in the balloon basket . We rose up in the ir and went where the wind took us. After our pilot explained everything to us we were confident he knew what he was doing . He even took us inside a hillside where we were able to get close to some trees . Landing was pretty smooth. They picked up up with their vans and drive us back. And this is where it goes from 4 stars to 5. We purchase the champagne package which I highly recommend. We got to share a bottle of champagne with our pilot and he told us all about the first hot air ballon, which was way before airplanes , and explained to us where the name Pilot came from. Overall , it was a great end to a great experience and I highly recommend it .

We the weather being so unpredictable we had to wait. I was fine with wait because i do value my life. I had the chance to cross off a major item from my bucket list. A hot air balloon ride and wow, what an experience! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Floating high above the landscape, seeing everything from a completely new perspective, was truly magical. The sunrise was especially beautiful as we drifted along, and the silence up there, broken only by the loud occasional burst of the burner, was unlike anything I've ever experienced. That said, there were a few things to consider. The heat from the burner can be overwhelming, especially if you're not prepared for it. I didn't wear a hat, and I really wish I had and i am short 5'2 those blasts of hot air can get pretty intense when they hit you directly! So, if you're planning this trip, definitely bring something to cover your head. The landing was a bit of a wild ride, too. The ground was much harder and more uneven than I expected, and we didn't quite know where we'd land until we were almost on top of it. Also getting in and out can be extremely challenging. It's hard climbing into and out of the basket and it's very tightly packed. Not a lot of space to move. I knew the risks going in but the whole experience was so worth it. Even with those little surprises, it was absolutely incredible. Would I do it again? Definitely not! Despite the heat and the bumpy landing, the beauty of the experience makes it all worthwhile and a one timer for me. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something unique and unforgettable to add to your list of adventures. Just don't forget your hat!

When we drove up to the super exclusive (never before known by us) private airline portion of SFO airport, I had the opportunity to meet Tim and Tom. Both greeted us with welcoming smiles and gave us a little insight on what it feels like to go on a helicopter (think of yourself as sitting on a washing machine was their analogy). Basically, we weren't blindly led to a helicopter for the first time and told to put on our seat belts. A very good explanation was provided to us and it really calmed me down because I realized I was slightly freaked out. Tim and Tom have a ridiculous amount of experience and they share a great sense of humor. The ride to Napa and back was beyond excellent - I got to experience the Bay Area in a never before seen way - from thousands of miles up in the sky! Everything was smooth except for one funny little episode where my husband asked if Tim and Tom wanted to "crash" at our place due to the fog rolling in...while we were in mid air! Haha...not. Helicopter tours/rides ain't cheap, but I highly recommend this luxurious "ride" for a truly unforgettable, special and unique event in your life. Kudos and thank you again T&T! We will surely be repeat customers!

She was nice and helpful and made arrangements for me to speak with a former student and my prospective flight instructor Pete. I was so happy Red Sky quickly connected me both with their former student and flight instructor. A company that says what they will do and actually deliver are already leap years ahead of many. Teacher Serena deserves a special acknowledgement as she navigated online distance learning in 2020. It was a tough year when she started kindergarten but LPS did an amazing job providing a nurturing and navigating through all the complexities due to COVID. I can't thank them all enough for everything they've done. We also have two little girls both in LPS in teach Sara's class and with Teacher Kathy and Becky! Our girls LOVE LPS. The staff has been there for 20+ years and even teacher Evelyn who retired comes back every now and then to help out when needed. She does this because she loves the kiddos. Through the pandemic the preschool has taken precautions to keep our kids and families safe; their communication and transparency has been greatly appreciated. My favorite part about my experience with LPS has been the friendships I've made with the other parents and the life-long friendships my kids will have. Today I had the opportunity to go up with Epic Aer on a Bay Tour of the City of San Francisco, San Francisco Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge and Half Moon Bay. We flew an incredible Cirrus SR22 with our instructor and Pilot David. This was an awesome adventure. Pilot in Command David was extremely professional, gave us an introduction to the Cirrus SR22, flight controls and aircraft operation. We then took off out of the San Carlos Airport, transitioned to the west of Highway 101 and through the departing flights at SFO. The views and flight were magnificent. By far this is the best priced, professional Bay Tour I have experienced. Highly recommend this company and we hope you are as fortunate to get David as your tour guide. David is a true professional. We had a wonderful experience with Epic Aer. My son Robert is 9 years old and wanted to go on an airplane fight for 9th birthday instead of a birthday party. I was really worried and concerned about going in a small plane however, Dave the pilot was awesome. If I could give more than five stars, I would. If you're thinking of going on a flight over San Francisco bay I would highly recommend this company, Dave, the pilot let my nine-year-old son fly the plane and help land it. I was really uncomfortable in the beginning until we met Dave the pilot. We got to see the Golden Gate Bridge, the city of San Francisco the Fairlawn islands. two F16 fighter planes flying in the sky with us and Alcatraz Island. I was initially hesitant to book an aerial tour with Epic Aer but decided to take the risk and I'm definitely glad I did! The experience was very smooth, before we even arrived I got a text confirming our date and time, and they even asked if I wanted to move my flight back a little bit to catch the sunset. When we arrived at the airport we were greeted swiftly and pretty much went straight to the plane and got on. Our pilot Eric was really great, he gave us some basic information about what to expect on our flight and we took off! I had a great experience flying around the bay, we went right at sunset which I would recommend. We had an amazing experience! Our pilot, David, was very communicative leading up to the tour and was super accommodating during our flight when it came to our flight path. We flew up the SF Bay passing Oakland and the Bay Bridge. We then flew a few rounds over the Golden Gate Bridge and David made sure to give both sides of the plane the same views. We then flew over Alcatraz and took a quick tour over San Francisco seeing Pier 39 and the Palace of Fine Arts. The weather was perfect for our flight and it was pretty cool to see the fog roll into the Bay. It was an amazing experience to be up close and personal to the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Great experience! My boyfriend made a reservation for him and I for my birthday and it was a beautiful time! Epic Aer contacted us and would keep us updated if our flight needed to be rescheduled due to weather. Our flight was rescheduled once which made us sad but it was sooo worth the wait! We went on a 8pm flight and saw a breathtaking sunset! Our pilot was very nice and informative the whole time as well! A night tour around San Francisco was a great way to spend my 21st birthday! I booked the tour for three passengers and we all fit comfortably. Each passenger had their own window with a clear view. The view of the Bay Bridge and Alcatraz were my personal favorites. I would definitely recommend booking during the holidays, we saw many houses and buildings decorated with Christmas lights. We flew with Pilot Dave yesterday afternoon from Half Moon Bay up to the Golden Gate and around. Dave was terrific - first introducing us to his plane and what to expect. He gave us an incredibly smooth flight and was so cool to fly us over our house in Moss Beach making sure that we saw it! He was great pointing out different points along the coastline.
