They're quite thorough. They have repair services as well. Overall it's a good specialty store. They have a very wide range of bikes, and can order just about anything you want. They have their own parking in the plaza. Their hours are very limited, though.

About a month ago, the frame on my eight-year-old Diverge developed what turned out to be a manufacturer's defect. I brought it into Bike Depot, where the owner inspected it, confirmed the issue, and told me they would handle everything directly with Specialized. Just over a month later, I picked up a brand-new, ready-to-ride Specialized Diverge E5 Comp. No runaround. No excuses. No cost. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this was a reminder that some companies still stand behind what they sell. What makes the experience particularly frustrating is that there can be only a couple of customers in the store while several employees are on the floor, yet it can still take 30 minutes to an hour just to get someone's attention or speak with a staff member. During these waits, there is often no communication, no indication of who is being helped next, and no confirmation that anyone will be assisting you. As a family that loves biking and has invested a lot of time and money on our bikes, it's so frustrating to get it serviced at this location and will be looking at going elsewhere.

This place completely and utterly destroyed my bike. I brought mine in for a simple tuneup, and they called me to suggest changing the pedals. I agreed. And within 1 hour of my first bike ride the pedals slowly fell off and it destroyed my crank arm and front chain wheel. My god! After bringing my bike back they very reluctantly agreed to fix it but replaced my very good chain wheel with a chain wheel you'd get in a cereal box. My bike has never functioned so poorly in the years I've owned it. Very incompetent staff. I just wanted a simple tune up and I got back a bike with lesser parts that functions significantly worse than it ever had.
