I was disappointed until a lovely young woman handed me a bag and said it was "bagtastic" day. Anything I could put in the bag was a single price for the whole bag. They had consolidated what was left into a large room. There I found a tuxedo in my husband's size, an Italian suit, a sport coat, and several silk blouses and dresses for my daughter. Since then I've been hooked. I follow several Estate sale companies and this company is one of the best in the KC area. Polite staff, pricing is fair (not inflated) when you arrive, and the houses are neat and staged well. Definitely recommend them to other estate sale addicts like me. They washed the extensive amount of glassware, polished my mom's silver, setup tables and truly transformed the house. Its pretty amazing. I would like to tell everyone what an amazing experience I had with Memory Lane Estate Sales. My…read moremother had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and my sister was her caretaker, my sister passed away in May and I the only child left had to take charge. I live in Chicago my Family home was in Belton Mo and I had no references or any knowledge of where to start. I found Memory Lane Estates Sales on the Internet, first one I saw near our home so Icalled. I spoke with Joe, I told him my situation and told him I had no idea what to do or where to start and he answered all of my questions. I spoke to Joe several times with questions of what to do next and never even had a contract with him and he answered every question I had. When it came down to it other estate sale companies told me that I did not have enough for a full complete estate sale. What did Joe do, he stepped in and said I told you from the beginning I would help you out and that's what he did he came looked at our home And offered us a dollar that was very generous. It really helped at those final days when I was very stressed out and trying to complete this project of getting the house emptied out, fixed and ready to put on the market. By the time it came time for me to go back to Chicago to get back to my job the comfort level I had with Joe allowed me to leave with no worries or concerns that I was not in good hands.
