If you are planning an estate sale in the Kansas City metro area there is no other company you should consider. After my father passed away I felt overwhelmed with the amount of work I needed to do to settle things. I needed to sell the house but was working alone trying to prep it for the sale. Deon and Tina at PrimeTime were so helpful. I was able to meet with them quickly. They gave me enough time to keep the things I needed and were ready to go with the sale very promptly. If anyone is in need of an Estate Sale company... I know who you should call! Its hard to trust anyone with your loved ones personal property. Honestly its somewhat violating. But Dion, Tina and their crew are so professional and empathathetic too. We let them take over the house ...We had to do nothing! They worked their butts off getting ready for the sale, found items they thought would be of sentimental value and put them aside for me...and they even hauled off what didnt sell to donation sites... The PrimeTime team made a very stressful time manageable for us. They instructed us to take what we wanted from the home and then they would take it from there! I need more than five stars for PrimeTime Estate Sales!! The PrimeTime team knows their business and we felt completely at ease with their processes from start to finish. As YOU stated my son had to purchase my grandmother's belongings. At least what he could. My cousin well that was her father's things. Which we should not had to purchase. But we heard either you or your coworker tell Cheryl to hang up on us so the sale could go on which we wanted delayed so we could come get stuff before it was plundered. As for her review she has early onset dementia. She had a hard time with simple text messages so your raving review from her is very suspicious. read more

I was surprised by a situation that occurred at one of the Primetime Estate sales today. After waiting in line to enter the sale for over an hour to my dismay the items that I had been seeking were not available at the sale. It was day one of the sale , the items were pictured/listed on their website and I was one of the first groups of people in the door. I would definitely have had first pick of the items in question. I was told by a very friendly and helpful member of the staff that the items that I had been looking for were "taken by the neighbor" prior to the sale. I believe the picture of the items and the listing should have been removed from the website (i.e., listing), if they were no longer available. I realize in the big picture of life, my grievances are petty and mistakes happen. However, we all need to be mindful that, "Things Are Not Always As They Appear" on their website. read more

Deon and her team were amazing to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped with the estate sale of my parents home where they had lived for over 40 years. The work they did to dig through all the boxes and beautifully display the treasures they found was amazing. They were prompt, clear in their price structure, and super responsive to any requests we had. The sale was 4 days and they drove more traffic than we had imagined was possible.
