I was disappointed until a lovely young woman handed me a bag and said it was "bagtastic" day. Anything I could put in the bag was a single price for the whole bag. They had consolidated what was left into a large room. There I found a tuxedo in my husband's size, an Italian suit, a sport coat, and several silk blouses and dresses for my daughter. Since then I've been hooked. I follow several Estate sale companies and this company is one of the best in the KC area. Polite staff, pricing is fair (not inflated) when you arrive, and the houses are neat and staged well. Definitely recommend them to other estate sale addicts like me.
