Horrible billing practices. STAY AWAY…read more Dropped in for urgent care for my son in November and was told they are out of network with UHC. Wasn't a concern as we have OON Urgent care coverage via our employer (which I showed to the person checking me in) so we proceeded. What they aren't transparent about is that they don't bill for Urgent Care, they bill it as an office visit. Why didn't the front desk mention they weren't an urgent care clinic?! When you call billing they stone wall you saying they aren't urgent care, they are primary care. No one believes Zoom Care is primary care, it is not how they brand themselves either. Never mind the PDF billing receipts says "Zoom Care Urgent Care" at the top. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they aren't able to take calls. If you ask to have someone call you, they don't make calls. If you ask how billing issues are typically disputed, they say you call them (i.e. they will stonewall you). Mejla, my billing rep, was ROUGH on the call - very dismissive, interrupted, and was giving an attitude once I expressed the slightest frustration with the situation. Girl, go work for an ethical company, I'm sure you will be happier. Further, the consumer scheduling experience via the website doesn't indicate it's not urgent care, nor does it indicate their billing practices. In an urgent situation you are supposed to schedule and then navigate to another part of their website to read their billing practices.

I've gone in from everything from a cold, to cuts, to all allergic reactions and they're always so quick to help. It's great as well because they have an in-house pharmacy for some prescriptions so it's nice not having to travel to an additional pharmacy to pick things up if you do get prescribed something. I've also done a CT here as well when I was experiencing vertigo and it was the most seamless experience.

I've been experiencing chronic hives for about two weeks now with no known cause. They come and go in the morning and night only on my legs. Over the two weeks, I've become more anxious and stressed out because I can't figure out what the cause is (no food allergies, no new detergent or lotions...etc). The first time I walked in, I was pleased with how quickly I was seen and evaluated. I wasn't that satisfied with the first doctor's evaluation at first because she said the same thing the other two advice nurses said prior to this walk-in appointment. I left with no answers but a prescription to manage the hives. Fast forward two days and today I experienced a panic attack while driving. I called my husband to come and pick me up because I knew that I couldn't be behind the wheel. I was shaky, cold, elevated heart rate, anxiety-ridden, dizzy/lightheaded.... it was bad. So he took me to immediate care here again. It was a busy Friday and the staff notified me that it would be a 2hr wait, but it's still much better than going to the ER. It was worth waiting for 1h 30m to be seen by Dr. Nathan Way. He asked me lots of questions and took his time explaining to me what hives are and how my body reacts to stress. I never felt rushed. He was very knowledgeable and had his assistant, who was also the sweetest lady ever, come and read my glucose levels and do an EKG. It really made me feel better to know that we could rule out some potential factors. I ended up leaving with the same prescription as the previous doctor but also with more knowledge that it's likely caused by stress. The staff are very friendly and patient here. Rayus also told me (2-3 times) the second was not covered by my insurance (out of network) and the xray was $88. I'm not rich but figured it was worth getting both done at the same time and I am so glad I did. Thankfully I wore leggings and no wire in my bra so I didn't have to change into a robe. I listened to their clear instructions and we were both pleased. Two procedures! I was in and out in 30 minutes! Including filling out the paperwork. So efficient, patient and friendly. I wish more businesses followed their example.

This was my first time at this location, and honestly thought I wrote the adress down incorrectly because I typically go to Rayus on NW Savior, and sometimes the one off of SW Walker. Each location provides the same basic services, but for some specific tests - catscans, ultrasounds, MRIs, or biopsies - you have to go to a specific location. As has always been my experience with Rayus, this visit was fantastic. Friendly, welcoming and efficient from the check in process to the technician conducting the diagnostic test. No wasted time. In, out, done. Oh, and it's easy to get appointments within a week or two, no booking 4-6 weeks out. For these reasons, I always tell my doctors to write the referral to Rayus and not Providence or OHSU. Unfortunately I'm a regular, but it's comforting to know my experience will always be easy and stress free. Plenty of parking out front including handicapped spots.

Their kinder in a stressful pandemic situation than others were outside a pandemic. Unfortunately Zac is at another location now and Vanessa floats to different locations. Fortunately Elizabeth is still there... for now. The location is good about Covid safety. They are now by appointment only so you're in the office with no more than 1 other person. You only walk in once you get the text to go in after you check in on your phone. They check your temp when you walk in, not that that helps asymptomatic cases, but they can only do what they can. They have Purell hand sanitizers, not the cheap dollar store Assured brand a doctors office had that was FDA recalled for methanol! So glad I slathered that baby on all over :/

The tech isn't as warm as the woman I've become used to, but they're fast and efficient. And she explained to me that a large weight loss or gain can impact the density of your breasts and therefore make the image much different than a previous image. She also explained to me that tattoos can affect the images!! So I did learn a lot while I was here. The care was excellent. I didn't have the need to interact with the office at all since I checked in online and did all my things lol so 5/5 not excited to go back but I'll be back next year!

My oncologist scheduled me here for my 6 month post chemo CT on a Monday at 7:30. A workday at the crack of dawn. No one checked with me first. So, I started grumpy. My minion picked me up at 6:30 and because of traffic, he was grumpy too. Parking was easy. The place was easy to find on the ground floor to the left of Providence Immediate Care. They had "Finding Dory" playing on a big tv and there was comfy seating. My wait was only long because I had to drink contrast beforehand in two doses over an hour. It was hard to stay cranky for too long. Everyone was really nice, the procedure was smooth. The contrast they made me drink was disgusting as usual ( I don't like the texture, I am a fragile flower) but they have a bowl of peppermints on the counter that really helped. Yay. My results were in My Chart fairly soon after, a clean scan. No sign of cancer. All good. And my minion got me a mocha after. Of course.

The quality of care is phenomenal, the staff really care about their patients and the amount of times they checked in on her was so comforting. Unfortunately a different cancer took her earlier this month but instead of 3 months we got almost a year with her thanks to Dr. Pham's team and the rest of the wonderful staff! When we informed them of her passing, everyone we spoke to was so sad to hear about it as they had all taken the time to get to know her and then they sent the sweetest sympathy card to us, I know their hearts were hurting almost as much as ours. My mom was always treated with urgency but respect, always made to feel like her concerns were heard and addressed quickly and that her comfort was top priority. I can't thank them enough and recommend them to anyone I've come across that has any form of cancer.

THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PAIN.... I was a breast cancer…read morepatient of theirs and two months into my chemotherapy developed horribly life-altering reaction to the chemo (Paclitaxel). My feet and hands were numb until I would step on something or brush anything up against the tips of my toes or my fingers. Quality of life was zero. When I tried to get them to help me, they pretty much ignored my pain. They didn't do anything. I'm hold that cancer doctors are supposed to help with your pain to keep you from suffering and to allow you to be able to continue your treatment. Well I didn't get anything like that. I even refused treatment because I couldn't take any more pain from the cumulative effect of the chemo. It wasn't until today, one month after refusing treatments and putting in a referral request to go to the Knight Center with OHSU that they called and offered me an appointment with their Dr Windler, because they were concerned about my pain. Not after the first refusal of treatment, nor the second or third. Only when I requested to be transferred somewhere else did they offer me an appointment. I cannot believe how badly I have suffered. And even though it's been 4 weeks since I had treatment I am still suffering. The neuropathy and numbness continue. I can only hope my new doctor will be more understanding. Avoid this place at all costs. They're more concerned with how they look and what they can get from you and not how you actually feel as a human being going through chemotherapy. They even kept reporting in my medications file all the things that they gave me before and during chemo treatment and the chemotherapy that I received. And they even did that for the days I refused treatment and was not there. They scam you. Ridiculous.
