I don't want to leave this review, but I think I should since it might help another patient…read more I had a PRP injection here in May 2020 for a chronic non-healing tear to the ligament (plantar plate) under one of my toe joints. After the PRP injection, my injury got worse and hardly recovered. 15 months later I still have less function than before the PRP, and struggle with basic tasks (e.g. shopping). It's been really difficult. I don't blame Dr. Manning or the team for this outcome. Overall I had a good experience here and would consider returning. Ultimately, I hold myself responsible, but I do think the rehab schedule RestorePDX gave me is partly to blame. I feel bad leaving this review but I think it's important to "close the loop" and also to let RestorePDX know the treatment failed in my case. I never scheduled a follow-up appointment after my treatment because of the cost. But I think there are some pearls here that could help other patients. 1. Think critically about whether the rehab schedule RestorePDX gives you is appropriate for your injury. I received a generic "foot/ankle" sheet with timelines that I assume are appropriate for e.g. plantar fasciitis or an ankle sprain but aggressive for a plantar plate tear. It would have been better if RestorePDX gave me no info, since I tried to follow their rehab plan-- even though I had doubts about it-- and ended up reinjuring myself after the PRP. 2. If you have an unusual injury (e.g. a plantar plate tear) see a specialist in that injury, even if you have to do telemedicine with someone outside of Portland (my case). I really wish I'd done this before my PRP since I think it would have changed the outcome. 3. If you are rehabbing a foot/ankle injury, get an iWalk knee crutch. Way better than regular crutches. Totally worth it. For a plantar plate tear, even a mild one, you should use a tall boot that goes all the way up your calf. I didn't have that, and that's on me. Last, I should mention that when I showed up on time for my PRP appointment, I discovered that the person who "scheduled" my appointment didn't actually put it in the calendar, so in their system, they gave the slot to someone else. Luckily they squeezed me in but I had to wait over an hour, even though I wasn't at fault. So yeah, possibly disorganized. Personally I didn't see the value of doing a prolotherapy dextrose/anesthetic trial injection in my case. Didn't tell us much and added cost for me. I was desperate and dead-set on trying PRP anyway, I figured it might not work but never considered that PRP could make my injury *worse*. Lesson learned: have a specialist with experience treating your injury look over the rehab plan and make sure it's okay. This was my fault and I still recommend RestorePDX to other patients, with qualifications.

As other have noted: they don't return voice mail messages, and they don't use their own patient portal, so communicating with the practice can be very challenging and frustrating. I've spent over two weeks trying to get them to send me basic information that my doctor wants me to have, and so far, no can do. I've also been there for injections, and I cannot recommend them for injections. Their protocols around patient management and communication are seriously lacking, and they appear very casual around patients who are heavily medicated. Cascade Spine Center does a much better and more professional job of handling spinal injections.

I always feel seen and heard visiting this location. I never feel rushed and if anything I feel comfortable and at ease. I've gone in from everything from a cold, to cuts, to all allergic reactions and they're always so quick to help. It's great as well because they have an in-house pharmacy for some prescriptions so it's nice not having to travel to an additional pharmacy to pick things up if you do get prescribed something. I've also done a CT here as well when I was experiencing vertigo and it was the most seamless experience.

I'll admit to the fact that I snapped at the triage nurse once because of my pain, but followed it immediately with an apology and the kindest manner I could muster given the level of agony I was experiencing. It felt like my reaction to my pain was punished after that, because people who arrived after me were seen first despite the fact that I was keeled over in pain in the waiting room. While leaving, I told the woman who took my blood to have a good day, and she raised her eyebrows said "...yeah" in the most disgustingly condescending voice I've ever heard. I've never felt less cared for in a medical environment, frankly. Will definitely be choosing a different hospital going forward.

They will read your images on the spot so that you don't have to wait for a card in the mail. This is a small facility but that makes it nice so you don't have to fight traffic to get to it. It makes a necessary task easier. Their equipment is very up to date and they can transmit your results to your primary care physician.

Ladies - when you gotta do it, do it here…read more So I don't know anyone who likes to get a Mammogram. We've all seen the cartoons about preparing yourself by slamming your bodacious ta-tas or itty bitty titties, in the refrigerator, seriously guys, it's not far from the truth. Except to say that there is no slamming, just some fierce squeezing between two metal plates, all while you stand in an uncomfortable position, and your instructed to not move or breathe! This place makes it all okay. Lovely staff, really superior staff. Exceptional decor, not sure why this matters, except to say if you gotta do something that is not so fun, at least it's nice to do it in a well designed place with a super clean, pleasing and relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist and technician were so good, I have to repeat it, the staff is great! Efficient, calming, funny, and before you know it your boobs have been adjusted just so, squished and squashed, their pictures taken, examined by a their doctor, and sent to your own doctor, all of this and they offer beverages and the latest magazines too. I suppose the only thing that could make this place better is Happy Hour.

Every time I've been to ANY zoomcare it has been quick, efficient, and if I remember the question they will answer it. I have done video/in person visits, all were nice. Had to reschedule and the ZA wanted to leave early so they wouldn't draw my blood on site even though it wasn't closing time and l live 45 minutes away. I then had to reschedule again for a blood draw, which again was cancelled at sellwood. I had to go all the way to LO again 45 MINUTES AWAY on now my 5th rescheduled appointment and they didn't even draw my blood correctly and I told ZoomCare 6x I needed it done before my insurance lapsed. Way too many errors for such a big company. I wasted hours of my time for nothing. I asked for a manager and they said,.. "They don't that type of thing." No surprise there. They don't care about their patients, just profit. Update: I received an email back to pretty much go kick rocks and they don't care about the remaining labs done. This is American healthcare. They also claimed they don't have any say over cancelled appointments but I kept being told they "are short on staff and just had a mass exodus". Profits over patients. Zoom is apparent that they don't care about you.

The tech isn't as warm as the woman I've become used to, but they're fast and efficient. And she explained to me that a large weight loss or gain can impact the density of your breasts and therefore make the image much different than a previous image. She also explained to me that tattoos can affect the images!! So I did learn a lot while I was here. The care was excellent. I didn't have the need to interact with the office at all since I checked in online and did all my things lol so 5/5 not excited to go back but I'll be back next year!

My oncologist scheduled me here for my 6 month post chemo CT on a Monday at 7:30. A workday at the crack of dawn. No one checked with me first. So, I started grumpy. My minion picked me up at 6:30 and because of traffic, he was grumpy too. Parking was easy. The place was easy to find on the ground floor to the left of Providence Immediate Care. They had "Finding Dory" playing on a big tv and there was comfy seating. My wait was only long because I had to drink contrast beforehand in two doses over an hour. It was hard to stay cranky for too long. Everyone was really nice, the procedure was smooth. The contrast they made me drink was disgusting as usual ( I don't like the texture, I am a fragile flower) but they have a bowl of peppermints on the counter that really helped. Yay. My results were in My Chart fairly soon after, a clean scan. No sign of cancer. All good. And my minion got me a mocha after. Of course.
