They provided me with ver helpful information about my puppy and took the time to answer my questions. I also appreciate that they send reminder emails for upcoming vaccinations. After the visit I received clear discharge instructions and useful information for caring for my new pet. Overall the cost was reasonable and my puppy will be well taken care of. I am so grateful to have found Epic Pet Center! I can't recommend them enough! My poor chihuahua was dealing with an awful skin eating infection. It was so horrific and we were going everywhere for a month bed finding epic. Within 48 hours from our visit he was showing great signs of improvement. Now it's April and we're on the right path. This place is amazing. My dog Momo previously went to another Vet organization and long story short he has been traumatized with that experience ever since. Even with Trazodone and Gabapentin he'd still claw to get out of that place. I took him for a consult to EPIC and the doctor was so kind and caring. She basically stood with him in the room let him get acclimated and comfortable. He still needs his meds, but there's no clawing, hes happy to see them (once he gets a treat lol) and they were able to give him his shot without a muzzle or cone. At the previous place I would have to hold him. They just care about the animals and want what's best. I can't recommend them more. read more

This is my second review for EPIC as I continue to be so impressed with the veterinary care here. One of my cats has had a few urgent issues in the past few weeks and each time they found time to see her immediately, provided thorough and thoughtful care, and when needed filled prescriptions right away at their center. They always call to check on your pets after a visit, and take the time to answer any questions over the phone. I'm so glad I found them and couldn't recommend them more highly! read more

This pet hospital just opened - really nice office, good size waiting area which will be helpful when there are multiple animals in the waiting area. Dr. Sedra and Maddy, the vet tech, were awesome - friendly and welcoming. They were so great with my malamute, you can tell how much they care and love animals. Dr. Sedra was very thorough with his questions and examination. When they had to take her to the back for a few procedures, I went back to the waiting room and enjoyed a cold beverage and a little snack while I waited and then my pup got a pup cup when she was done - nice little treats for owners & pet - a fun little bonus! Since they just opened, they're availability was good for appointments so I was able to get my pup in right away too. I'm sure it won't stay like that as more people find out about them, so take advantage of that now (and the new patient discount) if you're looking for a new vet! :) read more
