This review is long overdue. I have been taking my dog Teddy to pet suites since October of last year regularly for daycare and grooming. Teddy is a rescue and a nervous guy. They are always so kind and attentive here. Teddy while afraid of people he does not know, regularly jumps up to great the attendants when I drop him off in the mornings. He gets play time with other dogs in the tots room which he loves! Once as I was picking him up it took a little bit. When he was brought out I asked if everything was ok. The nice lady told me Teddy was a little nervous so she was taking her time with him. It makes me feel secure knowing they consider his feelings and don't rush him. My 1 year old German Shepherd has to have a private room because he does not get along with other puppies that well. They always take care of Shadow and he loves it here. He gets so excited once he is there. You can hear him just a talking before he gets in the building. He loves all the girls there. He can get a little crazy with the excitement so they are wonderful with him on that. Wonderful staff and such a great place to take your pup. They are very popular so plan ahead. shout out to everyone at Pet suites. I have huge anxiety about leaving my floof even for a day. The staff here is outstanding. Boarding him is easy. I made arrangements ahead of time, made his DIY food ahead of time in a cooler and ice packs, labeled ready to go, along with instructions regarding his medications. I am extremely specific about what I want done and because my floof is a senior , they were able to put him in his own "senior" section where it was calm and quieter as to not trigger his seizures. While away, staff were amazing in keeping in touch with me regarding any issues, ( i wanted it) and even allowed a friend to come and visit and take video and photos frequently. At the end, i had my fur baby groomed and bathed and ready for me. 10/10 service, communication, and following instructions. I left his ice tote, and need to go back and retrieve it. We have a senior Shiba Inu. We have been taking him to boarding, doggy daycare & grooming here for over seven years now. All of the staff have been professional and attentive to our senior puppies needs. Alysa usually greets us and ensures our specific instructions for our senior are noted. She is outstanding and our puppy loves her. He had surgery last year and moves pretty slow now, however, he comes back refreshed and with a smile after boarding. After more than 20 years as loyal customers, we've made the difficult decision to take our fur babies somewhere else. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism we experienced from Kira on multiple occasions was very disappointing. When dropping off our three dogs, her demeanor was often rude, condescending, and even dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. It's surprising that this behavior has continued without being addressed. After two decades of trust and support, we expected a much more respectful and professional interaction. I trusted them to care for my bunny--and instead, they broke her $30 white ceramic bowl and straight-up LIED about it. When I showed up to pick her up, they said the bowl was "in the dishwasher." They made me wait while they pretended to look for it. Guess what? It was NEVER in the dishwasher. It was already BROKEN. They waited until I LEFT THE STORE to have the manager call and admit what really happened. Why? So I wouldn't make a scene. That's not a mistake. That's a cover-up. And then, to top it off--they asked me to send in a receipt before they'd even consider a refund. Are you kidding me? This wasn't our first issue here. Things have gone missing before. But lying to a customer's face and hoping they just leave quietly? That's next-level unprofessional and downright shady. If you care about your pets and their belongings--do NOT trust this place. We love Pet Suites! Our family has been using this facility for several years and couldn't recommend this to other pet parents more. This spot is clean and has very nice facilities and spacious rooms for your pet. When we first came here, we were able to tour the spot, and was very impressed by the facilities. If you come during the day, you get to see all the pups playing in the doggy daycare--it's very cute. The staff here is awesome. They always have such great customer service. You can tell they do the very best for your pets. They are very accommodating to your pets' needs. I know our dog has some dietary needs, and they are always very understanding. My dog is sometimes anxious, but he always comes back happy (a little tired, I'm sure from all the barking, ha!) and doesn't get nervous when we drop him off. This is the only place that will groom my senior dog with health issues. Recommended by our vet, Pet Suites grooms senior dogs first thing in the morning on an express basis, meaning they get them in and out as soon as possible to minimize stress. This really gave me peace of mind! My dog got a full groom and was done in 2 hours or less. She came back happy and didn't seem stressed at all. I'm very thankful for Pet Suites and their expertise, patience, and quality of care! BONUS: If, God forbid, something does go wrong with your furbaby, they are CPR trained and only 1-3 minutes away from pet hospitals. If you have a pet with health issues that needs grooming, you can feel safe bringing them here! Keep in mind they are a doggy daycare, but you can have your furry cutie groomed here whether or not they're staying. read more

Pet Suites had been recommended by my vet so I used them for boarding my dog earlier this year. I felt that my dog was treated well. A couple of months back, I tried to book on the phone another boarding but was told that my dog had not been boarded there and I would have to have my dog seen by a vet before the booking. I explained that my dog had been boarded there for almost a week and asked that if I could show her the paperwork, then could we not go through the hassle of a vet visit. I was told, again, that they did not have a record of any boarding, so no. First...I was surprised that the system did not have a record and second that I was told that it did not matter if I did have a record. This did not feel right so I commented that I would seek another boarding facility. Recently, I decided that maybe if I went in with my paperwork to personally make a new reservation for a date a month away that I might have a better encounter. Well, I left feeling like I had been black-balled by the previous phone encounter because once the young man pulled up my account, he made a print of it and told me that he had to go in the back to see if there was availability for boarding for the five nights that I needed. When he came back, he walked over to another person at the front desk, showed her the paper and quietly asked if she knew if there was availability for boarding on those dates. She did not pull anything up on her computer, just told him that there was not. How would you conclude what happened? I am sorry that my experience at Pet Suites ended on a sour note. I do believe that Pet Suites has the ability to be a star boarding facility. read more

This is the second time I have left my baby corazon in the hands of pet suites! The staff, the attention to detail, the cleanliness is unmatched. I had so many doubts about leaving my baby with anyone other than family but pet suites did not disappoint. No matter which staff member is present they all care and answer any questions you have. Corazon always come back from pet suites relaxed, happy, and clean. I love that they update me with photos during her stay to reassure me. I have owned a lot of dogs in my life but never have I experienced a place like this. I got a husky at a young age and the guilt of leaving her at home was wearing on me. I felt so bad and my coworker recommended pet suites for camp. I went and took my little husky for a try. At first she was nervous and skidish because she never played with dogs before. The staff worked with her and introduced her slowly and now she loves it!!! The staff is amazing and honestly I have nothing bad to say about pet suites. I drop her off before work and she's playing while I work. It's such a peace of mind feeling that she's there. They love her and she loves them! It's like a pre-school, for dogs! Came highly recommended to me for grooming. Brought two doggies, one yorkie and one spaniel/poodle. Grooming was fantastic. Christina called the following day to see how we felt about their looks. Both dogs were perfect. Since one ws a full groom and the other bathing only, the Yorkie attended their Tiny Tot day camp and did well blending in. Staff very friendly and professional, place very clean and safe. I have switched the grooming to Pet Suites and will also continue to use the Tiny TOts Day Camp. Highly recommend myself. My boyfriend and I had to board our dog who we rescued less than 6 months ago for 5 nights. I was extremely nervous because I often hear horror stories about dogs coming home from boarding, sick or with injuries. We initially took a tour of pet suites about a month prior to when we needed to board her. The facility looked so nice and we liked that the dogs had their own little private rooms to hang out in. The staff also seemed very kind. We did a free trial day for day camp because we would want our dog to participate in something during the day while being boarded. She is a very shy girl and still takes some time to warm up to people and other dogs so she didn't pass their temperament test but we left her for day care (she is in her private room but gets potty breaks, and play time with the staff). She seemed to comfortable when we picked her up that we booked the boarding reservation then. When we dropped her off, I love that they immediately take the pet back. Ginger (our dog) was actually happy to see some of the staff and happily went back. I like this approach because I think a long winded goodbye would be harder on both the pet and pet parent. When we picked her up after 5 nights, she was obviously very excited to see us but she looked well cared for and after bringing her home, she even seems more receptive to meeting new people and dogs. If we ever need to board her again or even drop her off for day care for a day, we will definitely bring her back to Pet Suites. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I don't even know where to start. I trusted this place with my 2 little senior girls (13 & 10) and it was a big mistake. To start, I could not see where my girls would be sleeping, (4 nights) I asked and was told no. They do not have any cameras but I was told they would send me pictures and updates starting that first night. I received nothing. I called and was reassured they would send them. Still nothing! I called the next day and got the voicemail 4 times. I left a message, no return call. I called that afternoon, voicemail. I called the next morning, voicemail! I finally got a call back and was told I would get updates and pictures. They finally sent some but nothing that really showed me much. I noticed that they didn't put their blankets in the beds. (I brought their beds and blankets) I dropped them off on a Friday afternoon and didn't get anything until Sunday mid morning. I was not able to relax while I was away. I couldn't wait to pick them up on Tuesday! When I went to pick them up the gal at the front desk was not very friendly. Zero customer service, zero feedback on how my girls did, just asked me if there was any extra food she needed to look for. What? How would I know?? She went to get the girls, as soon as they came out I just left. No one came out to talk to me about how things went, or to apologize for not communicating with me. I thought that was odd. When I got the girls home they could hardly wait to pee. They both were peeing for a LONG time, like they hadn't gone in a while. We got inside and one of them was trying to bark at me but she was totally hoarse. I was shocked when I heard her!!!! She went to her water bowl and drank like she hadn't had water all day! I felt horrible!! After drinking she kept trying to bark at me like she needed something else. I put food down and she scarfed it like she hadn't been feed in days. I offered food to my other pup and she also scarfed it down. Clearly they were neglected!! I paid for the extras to make sure they got a lot of attention but I'm wondering if that even happened. I wouldn't know, they do not communicate at all!!! I called and asked to speak with the manager but still no return call. I should have known better when they said there were no cameras! I am still in shock at the state they gave our dogs back after they had them for 2 days. Both dogs were so damp with dog urine, and we have a 5 and a 4 year old dog. They are not puppies. They are trained and do not pee themselves. It is extremely clear that they were neglected, as their voices were hoarse after as well. Both dogs were drinking water like camels when they returned home and absolutely scarfed down their food. I don't know if they were fed the right amounts. They offered a complimentary bath, but at that point I couldn't let them have the dogs in their care. Pet Suites failed to do the job they were paid for, I am appalled. There are no excuses that would even come close to matching their idea of "how my dogs could BOTH reek of urine" Both dogs were given baths the day before they went in. The front desk staff was extremely nice when we checked Butters in around 10:30am. They were able to quickly grab Tallie when we asked for her & Tallie herself was SO extremely accommodating. We are excited to say that our 2nd experience was definitely much better! Butters came home clean (ears & all)! Tallie even remembered my bandana comment & Butters came home with a swanky new Avengers bandana! He was happy & smelled like "new dog". I am disgusted with the way Pet Suited treated my dogs! 0 stars My dogs were in the care of Pet Suites for one full week. When they were dropped off we asked the front desk to make sure they bathed both of my dogs as a part of their stay. Our expectations were very clear in this process when checking them in. When we picked up my dogs they were in the most dreadful and pitiful condition! Both of my dogs had a disgusting pungent oder that was so revolting I could smell it from a distance under my face covering. How did anyone allow this to "slip" by?! (Which was the excuse they gave us when we raised concern at check out) I immediately took them home to bathe because the stench was so unbearable. As soon as I began to bathe my Yorkie I had to pick out chunks of dried poop that was matted into the hair of my yorkies butt and legs! It was so crusted into her hair I can't begin to imagine how long she was like this... My chihuahua was also hungry and malnourished when we brought home he was standing over his food dish for 20 minutes eating frantically which is unusual to his behavior. This is a completely inexcusable way to treat someone's pet. Especially when we put them in a place that is supposed to care for them and give them a good experience. I am sure the people working there have pets and would have been just as upset to receive their companions in this state. What it seems to me is that they were lazy and did the bare minimum for this to have just "slipped by". All the staff is responsible and so are the people who train their employees. read more

I went to Pet Suites since PetSmart was booked for a week. I asked for a trim and shampoo. I came to pick up my puppy and of course he is not trimmed. Then I told her if we can trim his butt feathers, instead she shaved his TAIL!! Which makes no sense I never asked her to shave anything. As a groomer she should never shave a Husky however she disregard everything I told her. When I arrived I over heard two other customers that were unhappy with the service again with the groomer not paying attention to the pet parents needs. I will never come here again.
