Major shoutout to Erin L At UCHealth Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic - Lone Tree. She's awesome! Unfortunately I've had nothing but bad experiences with the Inverness location. My assigned Physical Therapist, Cynthia Jacobson was unresponsive; taking anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to answer emails. She did not update my records (leading to weeks of wasted time, effort and back and forth). And ultimately lied about her conversations with myself, my surgeon and my insurance advocate. My much needed surgery is not able to be scheduled at this point. Leaving me seek therapy elsewhere. All of this could've been handled 6 weeks ago had she done her job! If you have the misfortune of working with this facility please keep this in mind, oh and don't bother going to their supervisors (they don't care either). Document everything.

(thought it was tendonitis) All I knew is that I was in pain. Im a hair stylist and at the time was also working at Childrens hospital. The joints in my hands and shoulder was in pain and I was in a sling. I researched many acupuncturist and most of them told me it would take about 8-10 treatments to make me feel better. Shao told me 3 treatments. Well he was right, 3 treatments and the inflammation was gone, pain gone and I was back to work no problem and even could go back to lifting weights. Well this year after getting 2 vaccines and a booster my inflammation hit an all time high. I was extremely fatigued and was in the most pain id had ever been in. Im only 41 and had to no clue what was happening . Finally I was diagnosed with LUPUS and found out that I had it for at-least 23 years, but because of always eating an inflammatory diet kept it at bay with about 4 flare ups in there that I recalled now knowing what was going on. Well I was fasting and eating healthy but there was still some inflammation holding on. I decided to call Shao. 1 treatment: Energy was up and the Neuropathy I was experiencing in my feet was gone. 2nd treatment: Pain in hands totally gone and I lost 8 lbs of inflammation. 3 treatments: Im back to my old self and feeling fantastic. As a high school runner having to get hip surgery and getting a foot stress fracture has been really hard on me. Edward listened to my goals and helped me come back quickly and safely from the injuries. They are great listeners and are very knowledgeable about pain and injuries and how to treat them for any sport. I am very injury prone and as I am training for my first Ironman 70.3, Edward has kept me healthy while increasing my training. Luckily the VA got me into this place (it helps that it's right by my house), and before long I was seeing Donna twice a week. After the first week of following Donna's instruction I regained most of my full range of motion, and within a month my low back pain was gone completely, which is huge since I really enjoy being able to hit the gym. The support staff here is incredible as well, the therapists' schedules fill up pretty quickly but the ladies up front were able to work with me to make sure we had a schedule that works for everyone. 5 out of 5.
