We saw Daniel and the Firey Furnace this afternoon. This theater is so cool. Everything you buy : popcorn, candy, and drinks are paid for by automation and credit card. The theater room's all have comfortable reclining chairs and the restrooms are all very clean. Our movie Daniel and the Firey Furnace was truly an amazing movie and really should be seen by everyone. The movie message was incredible and inspiring and it was made better by the amazing atmosphere of the theater. The popcorn and sodas were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed it and we look forward to seeing more movies here. read more

Bought tickets and food for 3 people in advance (for the premiere day), 2 of us are in wheelchairs, our transportation didn't show up, the person who doesn't use a wheelchair went to the theater and explained to the manager what had happened and asked if we could come the following week when it was not as busy, again no transportation showed so non wheelchair person went there went there with a friend and was made to pay for 2 tickets and food again. I had already paid for 3 plus food for 3, he had them pay for 2 plus food for 2. He refused to give me a refund for my unused tickets or let use them for a different movie. (Not that there have been any movies I have wanted to go to see since June 1st.) I don't think I will EVER go here or recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! read more

The movie, seating, venue are top notch. The service was horrible. I bought a very expensive soda, took a drink and it tasted horrible. I went to the guy working behind the popcorn counter, he tasted it agreed and told me to get a new soda. Very nice guy! While filling up my soda, another employee came over and said, you can't do that. I told her what happened and that the other employee told me to get a new soda. She bit my head off and repeatedly told me I can't do that. Im the manager she kept saying over and over. Made me feel very embarrassed, like she was accusing me of stealing. Im in the service industry, and would never treat a customer like this! This is our favorite local movie theatre. Our favorite feature is the reclining chairs. What's not to love? It's a very easy process to pick your seats in advance and buy your tickets. This theatre is never really too busy. What's interesting is their is very limited staff, kinda weird... but I don't mind it. You go grab your own popcorn (unless it's a kids box) and you ring yourself up. Then you head on back to your theatre. Times have changed. This particular day we had to ask an associate for the kid boxes and there was no employee taking our tickets. When the movie started I decided an adult beverage sounded good. There was no one at the bar but the manager gladly took over and got our drinks. He ensured my rewards were accounted for as well. Normally not having employees everywhere might upset some but it was morning time on a Saturday and I kinda prefer less contact. The movie theater was very clean. The sound and visuals were great. We were charged twice for our tickets purchase. We only check our bank account once a week. I called when we noticed the extra charge and called and spoke to a manager ( Issac) he said no problem bring in proof of double charge and we will credit you . He never mentioned timing having to request a refund in one hour of purchase etc. so I went in today, I spoke to a staff member first I ask for a manager but I guess he was trying to troubleshoot first and went & talked to a manager, she didn't have the decency to walk over & talk to me so I walked over to her ( she was peeking behind the popcorn machine to see if I would leave, I walked over and said I'm done playing games this is my third trip up here. went to watch the Super Mario Galaxy movie and right after we got our tickets for the movie me and my sister went to get a drink out of the fountain drink section and my sister only ended up getting ice and water and right after she filled it there was a roach or something in the water or ice idk but we threw them away immediately and got bottled water. This is actually so nasty, we still watched the movie but the fact that there are bugs in the fountain drink dispenser is nauseating be mindful if you go!!! read more

Was visiting from out of town wanted to go to the movies, this place had good reviews so we decided to check out. First was going to buy online but saw the 2.50 convenience charge declined and opted to buy at the theater as it appeared to not be busy. Arrived to a kiosk where I buy my ticket and pick my seats, $25 for 2 tickets on a Tuesday afternoon:(... then proceeded to get popcorn where a guy was standing I started to tell him what I wanted but was told it's all self service, you grab the popcorn and drink cup and proceeded to the self checkout, not sure how they know what I grabbed or grabbed what I payed for but whatever. Arrived 20 minutes early to our film. We were directed to our auditorium. Our seats were covered in popcorn, we assumed that they just hadn't cleaned yet since we were so early. We assumed the seats in front of ours since ya know. Waited and our movie was due to start at 8:45pm. It was 8:48 nothing, no previews no movie. So we get up and go ask "hey the movie in theater 10 isn't playing y'all good"....they go start it and it's preview less and our movie plays cool I guess. We watched our movie in the seats in front of ours since it was still dirty. It was my first time here I was rather disappointed. I was visiting my mother-in-law who lives in Titusville and we decided to see Alladin and bring the kiddos! She mentioned there was a new theater in town so what better way to spend a hot Saturday afternoon than in a cool theater---sipping on soda and snackin' on snackssss? The parking situation was a little weird...the theater wasn't busy, but it felt like there wasn't enough parking spots AND it didn't help that the Harley Davidson next door had blocked off some spaces for an outdoor event. Upon entering, it was very spacious and clean. Unlike other theaters where you buy tickets from the outside, the ticket booth(s) are inside. There is one counter that is manned by an actual person, and there are many "stations" set up in a line where you can electronically pick your seats and purchase your tix. It's simple, fast and easy. To the right you have your concessions and behind the ticket counters is a nice little seating area and bar where you can get frozen alcoholic drinks and choose from wine and multiple beers on tap and in bottles. Once we got our goodies, we proceeded to the theater. I have never been in an Epic theater before, but it was super nice! It was very clean...(no sticky floors) and the reclining seats were extra spacious and comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. If I was in town again, I'd definitely try to visit again! read more

I heard that was a new Epic Theater in town. I think Epic makes some really nice theaters! Keeping in mind I do not live close to an Epic so I only go into an Epic XL theater. Audio: 5 stars! They have a DTS-X setup with speakers running down the sides in both low and high points of attack. I prefer the sound of DTS-X over Atmos. This theatre shines, the audio was very good, clean and clear with many active channels. You can clear high a difference in sound from rear and sides as well as sides high. Video: 4.7 stars. This Theater has a Laser projector. I wanted to come here pretty bad to see this thing. The projector is a Barco brand which is a pretty good brand. I have seen other Barco projection which I found to underperform on black levels and dark scenes. With the laser projector, I did not notice this issue as much. The dark scenes had lots of details that I could easily make out. I do think on dark scenes the projector gets a little dark. Bright scenes are very bright and clear. Nice and sharp! I dual projection would make a big difference with this size of a screen. The screen is 2.39:1 aspect ratio type with single projection. IMAX in the area is not that wide and has dual projection. This Barco projector is able to compete with a dual projection system and is a great looking screen. Seating: 5 stars! Epic has lots of room between your row and the row in front of you. SO MUCH room keeping the row in front of you low enough so their heads aren't in the way of your view. These electric reclining seats can go really far down, feels like you are almost laying down. Seats are nice, wide and comfy. The only area of failing was cleanliness. One of our seats was dirty and had a grease spot on it. The bathroom was downright dirty. Seeming too dirty of a new theater of his caliber. read more

Happy that we finally have a decent and comfortable movie theater. Parking can be a little difficult so come early. You may have to circle a few times. When you walk in the ticket kiosks are front and center. You can buy tickets or pick them up if you purchased online. If you're paying cash, I'm not sure where you would buy those because they have pretty much removed a live person. When buying a ticket you also have to reserve a seat. I do like this feature because if you're with a group then you are guaranteed a sit together. No more hunting through the dark trying to find a seat. Concessions are a little weird. You choose what size popcorn and type of drink yourself. It's all self serve. It's almost like going to the grocery store. Once you've made your choice then you checkout. They also offer adult beverages- beer and wine. The seats are super comfy! The recline and are spacious. You're not squeezed in like sardines. Great theater with reclining seats that are clearly numbered. I watched Oppenheimer here and the sound was great in 7:1, I could clearly notice the difference in sound. There is a bar inside which I did not use but maybe next time. There is ample parking as it located in mall. The restrooms were also very nice and clean. read more

False advertising in the arcade machine while waiting for my movie literally went through multiple people just to claim my prizes with the tickets they use in the arcade I had 600 tickets but low and behold they apparently don't even take the tickets they wanted me to wait for someone to come here and I'm just here for a movie i can't wait a day for someone to come here to probably get something anyways but thankfully a manager finally gave me my 10 bucks which was a challenge to even get but the rest of my experience was good the actual movie and theater was relaxing read more

It is nice to see Titusville finally getting a quality movie theater. After the theaters at the (old) Miracle City Mall and Satellite Theaters (Searstown Mall), Epic Theaters is bringing the 2018 movie experience and quality in to Titusville. Located in Titus Landing, it is nice to see some quality come in to Titusville to replace the outdated Miracle City Mall. Reasonable prices for a movie theater. Reclining leather chairs are a bonus, but realistically in par with other newer theaters throughout the country. read more

I am a senior, and I mistakenly went into the wrong theater, I went into theater # 4 instead of #3 ( The same movie was showing at both 3 & 4) ,and it was a half hour before I noticed the movie had not just started but was almost over. . By the time I noticed the movie, for the theater I had been assigned to had started 1/2 hour ago . I told the manager on duty, Michael at that time. I was hopeful that there was something he, as manager, could do about it since it was an honest mistake and I am a rewards member. He listened with ( a grin on his face the whole time) and said "There was nothing they could do about it because I entered the wrong theater and it was my mistake ". Well, It was an honest mistake (as I said I'm a senior in my 70's) and I think that more than a Cheshire cat grin and a very rude "Have a nice day" as I walk away, without a resolution of any sort, was In order. Being away from San Antonio, it's pretty tough to find cinemas that are on the same level as our local Santikos theaters, which may be my favorite thing about San Antonio. So finding this cinema in a little unassuming town on the Atlantic coastline was a welcome surprise, especially when I just needed a couple hours to escape reality. I ended up coming to this theater twice in a week because I liked it that much. What may be even crazier is the fact that there were very few people in the theater in the evenings, which is usually the worst times to watch a movie. I had entire row to myself for a new release (Men In Black: International) which is generally unheard of! There's also a bar area in this cinema, which was a welcome sight even if I didn't imbibe. Ticket prices were about average for a movie theater: $10. Snacks were all about the same prices I'd pay in most theaters. Seriously, how in the hell were there not more people at this cinema! (I've been to the cinema at the mall on Merritt Island... This one in Titusville is 100 times better!) The seats were big leather recliners with touch-auto recline functions. Very comfortable. The sound was good, although not the best I've heard. The picture quality was the good digital quality. Not much else to say other than I'd be willing to stay in Titusville again just to be close to this theater. Like a said: a welcome surprise. read more

Let me start by saying that I'm not always a fan of going to the theater. It is pricey and not always comfortable... I live fairly close to the Regal at Waterford, but more times that I have been there have been disappointing. People talking during the movie or kids crying or running around. I love Marvel movies and I do actually like to go and see them in the theater. I just don't want to go to Regal and be disappointed once again. We decided to see Venom at the Epic theater in Titusville because the promise of roomy seats that are fully reclining was to good to pass up. It was a great drive. So, nice and quiet heading into town. The grounds outside were fresh and new. There are some great new shops and eateries located outside the cinema too. Upside - When you walk up there is no outside ticket sellers. You enter and there are a two of automated kiosks for ticket purchasing. They are easy to use and it was a fast pleasant process. Another interesting and fun upside is the souvenir popcorn containers. We got the one for Venom! Fun way to remember the movie and the day! Downside- the showing was the first in the morning but the kiosk said ALL but 3 seats were sold out. We needed three seats and although they were off to the side row D seats 12, 11, and 10. Prior to the moving starting we assumed since ALL the other seats were unavailable that the theater would fill up. There were only 8 seats used in the theater! Why were all the other seats unavailable to us if no one else entered the theater. Were they reserved for online purchases, did people buy and not show up? Who knows. The seats weren't terrible location wise, but it was irritating that so many were available like 90% and we were shoved off to the side. Upside - the seats were SO comfortable! They were super roomy and have a fully adjustable recline! The picture and sound were exceptional. Crystal clear for both! I would like to try EPIC again. I'll book my tickets online and see if my seating choices are any better. Thank you EPIC for a lovely experience and hopefully an even better one next time! read more

Staff is not friendly, and they have insanely high concession prices and no refills are even allowed. When we got to our theatre (#6) it smelled old and musty like a moldy house. My seat was covered in popcorn and sticky grease, I don't think the theatre was cleaned. We moved over a few seats and that one didn't have as much popcorn but was still greasy like it had never been wiped. I told the staff and they looked at me like I was just another annoying complaining person, didn't even apologise. Would not return. read more

I love Epic. This is exactly what Titusville needed. The prices are always fair. The concessions are high as usual, but thats to be expected. The recliner chairs are so amazing, I will never go to another theater again. Epic spared no expense with the seats. The absolute best way to watch a movie. I would just like to say I just went there tonight. And I forgot my mask and I understand that everywhere you go you need a mask but from my perspective I understood if they are requiring mask they are supposed to provide one. Tonight the management argued with me about not having one and basically said I needed to argue with the government about them providing me one. They are given mask by the government and whenever someone doesn't have one they are supposed to give one. I eventually got one but I had to pay for one. I think this is exactly what Titusville needed! I love the old movie theater in Searstown mall but this place is...well...EPIC! We went to see the opening night of Avengers: End game so it was a little crowded. But they way they have their concession stand set up you don't feel like you wait at all. The big reclining seats were nice. I was getting over a cold so to lean back and bring my blanket was nice! We had to sit all the way to the side because of how late we bought the tickets but the picture and sound was still great! Will be going back for sure! read more

Ashamed this is the best theater Titusville has to offer. Our population supports an AMC theater that has comfortable recliners,clean bathrooms, and reasonable pricing. Epic is a very low quality theater. We are residents of Titusville, hoping this community could finally provide some high quality shopping and entertainment instead of seeming like it is stuck in time- prehistoric time. And to think that the developer (and probably Epic) received tax breaks to build this "Titus Landing." Tax breaks should be going to the residents who show fortitude to keep living here, but having to drive to Orlando for decent medical care, adequate shopping & entertainment. Epic Theater has "reclining seats" that feel like Geri Chairs in a nursing home. They do not have discounts for military or for seniors. We will not be back. Sunday afternoon movie. We walk in and the place is dirty. Garbage on the floor, and the condiments are messy. My wife decided to get a glass of wine. The manager doesn't know how to open a wine bottle that goes in their special machine. Finally he pulls the corn up. The machine dribbles out a couple ounces. $11 for a dixie cup of wine. First time coming to this theater. Movie was supposed to start 4:35pm. At 4:37 the screen started playing- Commercials! Full fledged commercials. Most were for local things, these played for close to 18 minutes. I paid $10.50 to watch commercials, ridiculous. Then they played the previews. It was 45 minutes before the actual movie started. I've been to better theaters. The concession quality has potential but it's just not all the way their. It's a self serve station however it's not well filled and the options are slim. They do have recliners in all their theaters but they are not comfortable recliners compared to the AMC theater in Orlando. read more

The tickets are pricey with no senior or military discounts. The handicap seating is much lower and closer than most reclining theaters I've attended. It requires you recline all the way back which makes it difficult with bifocals and to eat my popcorn. Disappointed that I will still have to go to Viera for a good deal. read more
