I left a pair of sunglasses at the spa and informed them that I would return to pick them up after I had recurve a call or text that I had left them behind. As I was traveling for a few weeks. When I finally had a chance to stop by I was face with disregard, then I finally called since I didn't hear from the owner about a month later, I was told they had been discarded. Unfortunately, there was no notice given, and the conversation felt more argumentative than understanding. These sunglasses were sentimental to me, and while I understand that businesses may have policies, I was disappointed by the lack of care and communication around a client's personal belongings. This experience affected my trust and overall impression of customer care. A month is not enough to trow customer belongings away without calling them first and assuring that they'll stop by to pick them up and assume that they'll just be forgotten. This is not so much about the sentimental value of the sunglasses but about being respected and treated with dignity. I hate to have to leave a bad review for them as is sometimes I almost never like to do but given her mannerism and demeanor I cat let this happen to another person and to our community.

Darron called me back to schedule our treatments after I left a message. The space is quaint and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The smells of all the products filled the room (but it's not overpowering). I had a botanical back cleanse with Onella. The scurbs, lotion, and mask felt luxurious all over my body. There's a steam part and hot towels occasionally that felt amazing. There is a small massage and feet treatment that I didn't realize and was pleasantly surprised. There was one part it felt like she was painting this silky lotion (maybe mask) all over my back. I was so relaxed I think I did fall asleep at one point. Onella checked in to make sure the pressure and everything was good. My husband had the 60-minute customized Swedish massage with Emily.
