What I got was a sloppy, messy design that was virtually impossible to fix or improve because she just kept adding more crooked, sloppy, uneven lines. I was supposed to get both hands done, but I stopped her halfway through the first hand when it was obvious that she had no concept of symmetry and that ultimately this was not going to get any better. I tried washing it off as soon as I got out of her chair, but the stain had already started to set. She told me it should only last a day or two since I removed it so quickly.. I hope so because I'm going on vacation soon and I do not feel comfortable walking around with my hand covered in such poor, sloppy, unprofessional work.

The stylist took a $200 deposit, repeatedly canceled with excuses, lied about arrival times, and then completely disappeared on the day of the appointment -- leaving my daughter stranded in a city she doesn't know. When we requested a refund, the stylist sent a fake refund screenshot, and Cash App confirmed that no refund was ever issued. The money is gone, and the stylist refuses to correct the situation. No parent should have to see their child taken advantage of like this. This isn't just about one stylist -- it's a warning to anyone thinking of patronizing businesses in these suites. There is no oversight, no accountability, and clearly no screening of who is allowed to operate here. That creates an environment where dishonest people can take advantage of customers who trust them. Please protect yourself and your money. We talked about a variety of skincare products, make-up options I could do on my own, and brands that aren't often sought after but are really good. A few months later she had a special make-up presentation at her home and she invited me to attend...just a classy and business savvy lady. I can tell she appreciates her clients and I definitely appreciate her! She's doing big things in the make-up game and I'm glad she was able to assist me on my look that evening. I was a walk in and was asked to sign in before she began my pedicure. Quoted $50 for a gel pedicure, there was minimal waiting and the young lady began working and had a pleasant demeanor. What was really bothersome was the standing water smell that is evident upon entry. Not sure if this is after a repair or a needed repair but it's very off putting. Silently I prayed my clothes wouldn't inherit the smell. I do have questions about how they sanitize their tools. Alcohol was generously used and items wiped prior to use but I guess gone are the days of using an autoclave sterilizer. Some places pretend like the tools were washed, bagged and sterilized and open in front of you. No bags were used here and they were grabbed from a drawer. Plenty of colors and the method the technician used were appropriate for my service. There wasn't a lot of activity in the nail shop but each person who entered was acknowledged and quizzed on how they could be helped. Not a terrible experience, but not a fan of a place that doesn't smell good. First impressions do matter. The odor will have to be remedied before I'd decide to receive services here again. Capable of card, cash, and pay by phone, and a few other payment apps. Of note, if using a credit card, there is a 1.5.% fee. I can appreciate that it is posted, but pay attention before receiving your service so that you can determine how you'd like to pay.
