Would never recommend this company. What went from what should have been a 2-3 week repair turned…read moreinto a 4 and a half month night mare!! Most unorganized ppl running a business I've ever seen. No communication between themselves and the scheduling of work to be done. We had a water leak damage my wood floors, therefore had to rip up old flooring and replace with new. Had to cut a hole in drywall to check for mold, about a 2 foot square. Well you'd thought the order of repair would be repair wall first, then flooring and baseboards etc. well just the opposite! My new floor was put down first then, patch and texture walls and paint walls, and then shoe moulding. Had a newbie handy man to do all the work. Well got texture all over my baseboard in my powder room then just painted on top of it. Put shoe moulding down THEN painted had paint on entire perimeter of my NEW wood floors. Need less to say took 2 days to scrap the paint off my new floors. Yes, that really happened!!! And these are professional and construction certified.... And not to mention I was without a kitchen for more than 6 weeks. Which should never been that long but because work was never lined up to get the project started. It was total of time probably only 2-3 weeks, but never had a worker consecutively work for More than 2-3 days then not see someone for 2-3 more days. Could count on no work on a Monday or a Friday. I will not be surprised when I see this business is no longer in business!!! I blame the PD employees for not following up on the work being done and inspecting to see if done properly instead of us having to point out everything to them!! For all the anxiety of dealing with and living in my home during this repair was awful. Stayed in my bedroom and on my back porch for 4 months. I feel we should be compensated for the distress caused solely by PD. Hope this review is helpful and saves someone else from what we went through.
