I took the machine to Island Inkjet, located at Sherwood Plaza, a few times. Each time Jeff checked the printer and got it working. After my last cartage change unfortunately it was not printing. Jeff offered valuable advise for a better printer that suited my needs. The new printer worked fine, however I had computer error that affected scanning to the computer. Jeff offered options to get the scanner working, he also offered to change the printer with no cost if it turned out the machine had a problem. I am very satisfied with the service at Island Inkjet Sherwood Plaza. These days with so much scam it is not easy to find people that care. Thank you Jeff for good customer service.

There are also washrooms if you need them. If you walk to the back of the store, you can find clearance-priced items. They range from cell phone accessories, to portable speakers, to keyboards. It is worth browsing while back there. On the whole, Staples sells goods that can be expensive. So, I tend to wait for a sale. For example, a Boogie Board that I had purchased for $26 elsewhere goes for $40 at Staples. Staff are always helpful if you can't find what you are looking for. Don't forget to use your Air Miles card, to collect more points. Oh, you can recycle batteries and other items here.

They were out of stock ( a sale item that is out of stock... and when i go home and check best buy - they had plenty in stock). We decided to purchase it here due to the teachers discount. We can wait a few days for it. So we put my wifes name, and my credit card (the tablet is for her, and i am paying for it) makes sense ... right... WRONG !! I go to pick it up.. I show them the bill of sale, my credit card and drivers licence. Nope, can't release it to me, because name on bill is not me. I said that makes no sense.. I am the credit card owner, my driver license shows my address - same as my wifes on the bill. ... their answer is "thats their policy". So it takes 2 people to come pick up this item.. ? I go home and call customer service to let them know that this policy should be reviewed. He confirms that it is policy for the store associate to match the exact name to the receipt. Lesson learned... If ever.. i go back to Staples to purchase something that they have to order, then insist on them to add your wifes name, your girlfriends name, your brothers and sisters name, your bosses name, !!!! Just in case you have them pick up the item from Staples. Really bad policy!!

This really came through on a minor Inkjet Printer diagnosis & adjustment (no charge) and Toner Refill ($13) in the midst of the second lockdown. Thanks to I Supply Ink, I was able to print out important backups of this year's tax records plus slips to do unfilled 2017, as well as vaccination consent forms for myself and some family members to complete in advance. Yes printers are still important in the real world! It's a tiny walk-in closet sized shop with a few racks holding mostly used & refurbished tech and maybe some special orders. At this time items for service are dropped off at the entrance and you can wait in your car or wander the reassuringly empty concourse. Is this really a 5-star place? Well, YES ...it's literally called "I Supply Ink" and it delivers exactly that and more. A dozen other computer & business services stores I called wouldn't touch printers, many others were totally closed. And the big corporate Wage Subsidy cheats don't have anyone answering their phones ( How the F*CK is one supposed to refill a printer on their website??) Will happily drive to here from Eglinton rather than set foot in the big electronics & business machine chain stores ever again.

He also cleaned up my laptop and gave many useful tips on how to have good performance even with a 5-year-old laptop. Before I reached him, I also called many other brand-name computer services and the price I paid Eric is only a fraction of the "normal" charge from those big sharks. I was looking for few office desks for our lab office and I need them urgently. I found a desk showing on the UNRC website a right style and good price one. I went there but it was already sold out. However, one of the partners spent time to look through his stock in his warehouse at the back of the store for similar style I was looking for. He mixed and matched different parts of the used furniture of different brands to form the few uniquely custom-made desks for me. They were able to be delivered to my company within a few days at a reasonable delivery and installation charge. I like that all used furniture is labeled with a price but you can still bargain a better deal.
