I reached out to them and spoke directly to the Owner Andrew; we made an appointment at my convenience a few weeks in advance when I was scheduled to be in town. I know that in the future I will add some of the bells and whistles as my needs change. The service is great. It is so simple to use the easy-to-understand touch pad or your cell. It is cost effective, and the monitoring is GREAT. We had wind open a door and Sheriff and local Security were here within minutes. From time to time I forget that the system is on and do something stupid. They call immediately to see if I am OK and then require all passwords before closing the ticket. They do this not being annoyed for what I did, but with complete friendly understanding that S**T happens.
