Scott is a the company owner who takes pride in his job, his employees, and his company. He took the time to sit with us and go over every option to truly customize our security setup. What I like about Scott is that he told us the good and bad of equipment, how cheaper equipment doesn't help you in a real emergency. For example, a cheaper camera does you no good if you can't identify the perpetrator. Makes sense, right? So, why even bother. His equipment has very high resolution and he doesn't price gouge like other companies can do. So, you get quality equipment at a reasonable cost. His technicians are very experienced and friendly. They also took time to go over the operation of the equipment and make sure that you're comfortable using it. I had previously installed an off the shelf solution that is common for so many security systems these days. In days batteries were going dead, the components were falling off the walls, and frankly I just gave up messing with it. CSI installed our StarLInk system on our original build two years ago. I wanted cameras and needed cell phone boosters due to our remote location.
