We started with a wine flight and took their recommendations on a variety of varietals. The Vin Lamar a Sparkling Chardonnay was my favorite. We paired this with a charcuterie board complete with bread, Prosciutto, Gouda and Brie cheese, grapes, strawberries and honey. Near by was some great live music inside (mostly country). The tasting room also provides to go drinks for guests to walk around the rest of the farmers market. As well as a wine slushy option. Lots of parking on all sides of the building although it does get busy on the weekends.

We'd never had Natchez Hills wine before so we started with two flights. Mine had three whites and a red, and my boyfriend's had two whites, a red, and a rose. We also ordered a large charcuterie board, and it was absolutely delicious - there was a hard and soft cheese, different meats, fruit, and bread. I also tried a red wine slushie and really enjoyed it. The selling point for us was that it was such a positive environment. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The winery is next to live music, which added a really fun element. We've visited other wineries in the Nashville area and found the pricing here to be super reasonable. The Farmer's Market parking lot can get full depending on the time of day, but there's additional parking as you go toward the Sounds Stadium.

Breathtaking Views, Fine Wine, and Country Charm: An Unforgettable Afternoon!…read more My family and I recently spent a wonderful day wine tasting at Arrington Vineyards, where my father has been a proud member for the past four years. Perched atop a gorgeous hillside vineyard sprinkled with picnic tables and a lovely small stage for concerts, the scenery was breathtaking, peaceful, and absolutely amazing--even under an overcast sky after narrowly missing the rain. The hospitality matched the views, with a warm and friendly staff that made our personal tasting--shared alongside a lovely couple visiting from England--truly special. We explored the tasting options among three of us: Red Flight: Chosen by my father. White Flights: Enjoyed by both my sister and me. Sweet Selection: An alternative flight offering a mix of red and white options. Wine is wonderfully personal, and while I appreciated their selection overall, the whiskey-barrel-aged wines weren't quite to my taste, as I generally prefer wines aged in oak or stainless steel (especially whites). A Helpful Tip for Visitors: While there are handicap parking spaces, we found the walk up to the tasting room a bit challenging for our mother due to back issues. We later discovered a couple of parking spaces closer to the entrance, as well as a staircase. Thankfully, we were able to drive up the hill to pick her up afterward, sparing her the walk back down! After our tasting, we relaxed outside with a picnic lunch we brought ourselves. All in all, I truly enjoyed our visit and would love to return for one of their concerts. As a fun bonus, one of the co-owners is Kix Brooks from Brooks & Dunn! If you've never been to Arrington Vineyards, it is definitely worth a stop.

What a wonderful place to spend an afternoon with friends!…read more From the moment we arrived, the experience felt easy and welcoming. There were parking attendants on hand directing guests to available spots, which was really helpful since the property is quite large. Once parked, you can either walk up the hill to the winery and seating areas or hop on a complimentary golf cart for a ride. Since we were wearing wedges and heels, the golf cart was an easy decision! Once we made it to the top, I was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was for guests to spread out and relax. There are multiple areas throughout the property where you can enjoy live music, or if you're looking for something a little quieter, there are garden spaces away from the stages where you can sit and take in the scenery. We stopped inside the winery to browse the wine selection. You can purchase bottles to enjoy on-site or order a flight if you'd like to sample a few different varieties. They also offer snacks, water, and a selection of wine-themed merchandise for anyone looking to take home a souvenir. After making our selections, we headed outside to a picnic table with a beautiful view of the vineyard and the mountains in the distance. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous! Everywhere I looked, people were enjoying themselves. Some groups had elaborate picnics set up, others were dancing to the live music, and many were simply relaxing with friends and family. The atmosphere was such a vibe, and I loved every minute of it. After a couple of hours of wine, conversation, and beautiful views, we were ready to head out. One of the golf cart drivers was kind enough to give us a ride back down the hill to our car, which was the perfect ending to a relaxing afternoon. Overall, I had such a great experience at Arrington Vineyards. Between the gorgeous scenery, live music, wine, and laid-back atmosphere, it's the perfect place to spend a few hours with friends. I would absolutely visit again the next time I'm in the area!

One stall had a broken lock, while another was completely out of toilet paper. We attended a comedy show and waited approximately 15 minutes before being acknowledged by the bar staff. When I approached one bartender to order a glass of wine, I was told that because I was attending the comedy show, I should use the bar located in that area instead. I was then informed that if I wanted food, I would need to return to the other side of the venue to place that order. As a paying customer, I found this interaction unnecessarily dismissive and unhelpful. My destination within the establishment should not determine whether a staff member is willing to serve me. The service throughout the evening was disappointing. The bartenders appeared overwhelmed, unfriendly, and unwilling to provide basic customer service. While the venue itself has great potential, the lack of professionalism and customer care left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

We came by for happy hour and light bites and were pleasantly surprised by their great deals. The $5 glasses of wine (plus a few other happy hour options) made it an easy choice. With the amazing early spring weather, we opted to sit outside in their patio garden area, which was such a cute and relaxed spot. For food we ordered the bruschetta, whipped goat cheese, and meatballs. The whipped goat cheese was the clear standout--it came with blueberry compote and hot honey so you could go sweet or slightly spicy. The blueberry compote with the goat cheese was honestly to die for. The bruschetta was also really tasty with great flavor, and I appreciated the thinner crostini slices. The meatballs came with three generously sized meatballs and were good, but not quite as standout as the other two dishes. Service at the bar was a little slow, but I honestly felt bad because there was only one bartender handling an increasingly busy bar. Despite that, the food actually came out fairly quickly. Overall, it's such a cute little spot in East Nashville with a great happy hour and lively atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

We bought General Entry tickets & wildflower picking tickets online a few weeks in advance. When we got to the gardens they asked for our names and directed us to park. Once inside we stopped over a the bar for a wine tasting - all of the wines are made in Tennessee on property - and bought 2 bottles for us to enjoy throughout the night. We also checked in for wildflower picking at the bar and were given glass jars to fill with flowers. The staff was very kind and helpful during that process. I also thoroughly enjoyed the free strawberry lemonade and regular lemonade that they provided guests, though some of my friends thought it was too sweet! Our one mistake was not going to pick flowers earlier in the night. We started when the sun was setting, but the area was so large that it was dark by the time we were finished. It was also the last week for wildflower picking, so there weren't as many left available as I imagine there is earlier in the month. We also ordered pasta from Pasta Gailfi, a food truck that was on site and enjoyed it at our table. If I were to do it over again, I would also bring our own food and a deck of cards or a board game for us to enjoy as well! The venue was stunning, and I imagine it acts as a beautiful wedding venue as well.

Interestingly, mead was common across ancient cultures around the world including those in Asia, Europe and Africa. I have never tried mead until I went to the Trazo Meadery. It was a very new and refreshing experience. I ordered every kind of mead available - two flights of eight different types of mead for $14. My thoughts on each flavor: *Wildflower : forgettable *The Mesquite Mead: smoky earthy woody aroma with the taste of smoked apples - My second favorite! *Orange Blossom: Too sweet! BUT this is the most popular mead! *Wildflower on Bourbon Mead - Taste of Vanilla and Oak with a floral aroma and hints of smokiness. Aged in a bourbon oak barrel - my favorite! #1 *Avocado: the least sweetest The Wild Card of the Mead! Very unique and dry! Smokey and a hint of licorice! You either hate it or love it! My third or 4th favorite. I keep changing my mind. *Brazilian Acacia: too sweet *Eucalyptus: too sweet - the sweetest. My least liked of all the meads. *Wildflower On Rum: my third or fourth favorite - smokey and smooth Lee Ann was my server. She was very friendly and helpful. I love the simple decor and local art work displayed on the walls. The Trazo Meadery was a very unique and new experience.
