I first contacted a highly rated Cincinnati appliance repair company. The repair person came out…read moreand spent 5 minutes and looked at the stove (didn't take anything apart) and said the faulty temperature / time display was on back order and did not have any idea when the part would be in stock. He said he would contact us when the part was in and then repair the display. 2 months later and a couple texts to his phone, we received no response. I then contacted CJS appliance repair found through my Lowes extended warranty company for a Samsung stove (I do not recommend Samsing stoves. Nothing but a problem). Courtney came out and immediately diagnosis the problem. He said we would drive to Cincinnati and get the part that was available. 2 hours later the stove display was fixed when the other company could not fix after 2 months. He said he would submit the service invoice to the warranty company, and we did not have to pay anything during the service. I will contact Courtney / CJS Appliance in the future. He did a great job!
