He told me that he even already shipped something, but then he failed to provide tracking numbers...what he said that I'll try to get you tracking numbers!!! and its been what???? is it a joke???? 5 days and he didnt give me any tracking numbers!!! When you gonna deliver my printer??? in 2 weeks... next Wednesday... next Tuesday...next Thursday... etc etc this company is complete joke!!! keep your business from this company and Harry Oster!!! read more

I bought my Epson DTG printer from Equipment Zone in August, along with a pre-treater machine and supplies. I dealt with Harry Oster for all of the equipment. I knew nothing about the technology and Harry, very patiently, walked me through everything. He even sent me links to tables from Home Depot and directed me to a humidifier, as well. Everything arrived very fast and well packaged. One of the legs on my printer stand was not attaching, so they overnighted a new one. I had my Zoom training with Tim who was so great. I almost bought my equipment from a company just a few hours away, but I was not comfortable with them- something was off. I found Equipment Zone and Harry walked me through it all. I could not recommend this company enough- from Harry, to tech support, to Linda in billing- they're all professional and treat you like you're super important. read more

I recently purchased a Epson 170 from them and I'm extremely happy I did. I'll admit I was a bit hesitant as some of the reviews weren't great but my experience surpassed my expectations. Super fast shipping and on top of that I received a courtesy call the day before my printer was delivered explaining it might not be delivered till the following day but it was. few days letter I received a email thanking me for my business. I will be purchasing more from them as I'm happy with the customer service and happy with my printer. read more

Absolutely love this company. Met Amy at a trade show and had zero interest in purchasing anything but her knowledge and great customer service stuck with us. Six months later, we were in the market for a wide format Sublimation Printer and called Amy. She and the whole team were amazing from sales to delivery to training and ongoing support. A few months later, our DTG printer went kaput right in the middle of a time sensitive job. The owner called us late on a Friday night, helped organize a purchase of the Epson DTG printer, allowed us to use his demo facility to get our customer's job done and even had one of his staff help us out. We've never experienced this type of customer care in the printing industry and really appreciate Equipment Zone. We are close to purchasing a second DTG and there is not question in our minds as to where we will go. read more

horrible customer service ,i am in shock right now i bought a $8,000. printer from equipment zone 7 years ago, i called for service and i was told they no longer sell or support this printer. the receptionist jill was very rude and office manager i believe linda was her name was even more rude i asked to speak to the owner and she said i am not allowed to. so now i am sitting here with a printer that needs servicing. i was also told to google and find another comapany to service my printer. i am still in shock. n.m. read more

Purchased a f2000 and pretreat machine and heat press from equipment zone at the conference in long beach. Best decision ever. Everyone offered around the same price and same incentives but went with gut and wasn't wrong. Every interaction with the staff at the conference, to the office, techs and trainers was and is amazing. Fast response and seem to have it all figured out. read more
