I had dropped it off a month before for the same problems and found out when I got home that only one of the 2 problems had been fixed, When I went this time for pickup it was Will DeGrenier that waited on me, I was furious to find out once again that only 1 of the problems was fixed. I got upset and made Will aware that I was. Will never got upset and was a real professional. He explained the solution for the second problem which was suggested the last time I was there. He kept his composure the whole time and finally talked me into trying what was suggested and suggested why. I calmed down and tried it and it worked. He was so professional.
