I spoke with James, who promptly requested that I send photographs of the damage. Within thirty minutes, I received a very reasonable estimate. Initially, James informed me that the earliest available appointment was on Friday. However, when I mentioned that my family would be arriving on Wednesday and that I would appreciate completing the repairs beforehand, he went above and beyond. To my pleasant surprise, he was able to accommodate me just two hours later on the same day. It was an added relief that the technician who had previously repaired my tub ten years prior arrived at our doorstep. Miguel performed the work with the same high standards as before. He is very professional, a nice and friendly guy with thorough attention to detail and evident pride in his craftsmanship. He left the workspace neat, and the bathtub now appears to be in excellent condition. The three- to five-year durability of the repair speaks to the quality of ProTub's craftsmanship. Should I require further services such as reglazing or refinishing in the future, ProTub will undoubtedly be my first choice. I sincerely

Our 20'x30' den had 1985 reddish brown short pile carpet that was in amazingly good condition for its age -- it was really OLD! Luke asked if we wanted the den to match the original floor in the rest of the house. I said YES! So he ordered part red oak, part yellow oak and part #1, which contains pieces with knots and dark streaks. The job took several days due to the demolition of the old carpet and repairs to the squeaky sub-floor and, of course the installation, sanding, filling, leveling and multiple coats of finish of the new wood. I was good and didn't peek beyond the plastic sheeting that was used to protect the rest of the home from the dust. I waited to look until the first coat of finish went down. I was thinking "I wonder how I am going to 'feel' about this new floor." Wood, for me, is a very evocative substance -- I just love wood. When I looked it didn't feel like a "new" floor. It had the same look and feel of the old 1942 floor. Luke's installer did a marvelous job of mixing and integrating the 3 types of oak together to make a floor that looks like it was installed at the same time as the rest of the floors. We also had the kitchen and bath floors replaced with a vinyl that looks exactly like stone. Everyone that walks on it and thinks it's stone, but it's a very high end vinyl. A good friend has this floor in her home in Virginia. She took a picture of the box for me. Luke worked very hard to find the product because the manufacturer and the license for this product had been sold twice since my friend purchased it! The installation of the kitchen floor matched perfectly with the old floor and the new floor. It is perfectly flat with no transitions between the rooms required! We had a couple of little missteps in the job (like any construction project) but Luke showed up personally and surveyed the problems and had his crew, or he, himself fixed it on the spot. Luke even crawled under the house to run my surround sound cabling and pushed it up into the boxes his installers had sunk into the floor. I couldn't be happier with Luke Hiller and highly recommend him for your next floor refinishing, replacement or new construction project.

We have a 1940's house with original oak hardwood floors that needed patching from where we removed the old floor furnace. I decided to call Luke Hiller based on another Yelp review I saw here that had the same situation. The color match is perfect and Jonathan and his crew cleaned up everything beautifully. It is flawless and you would never know the area had just been spot patched. 5 stars, A+!

What really stands out about them is their honesty; they're very clear about what can and cannot be fixed, which I really appreciated. No unrealistic promises, just straightforward communication. The quality of their bathtub reglazing work is great, and they genuinely stand by it. When there was a minor issue with peeling, they came back promptly and repaired it without any pushback. That level of accountability is rare and speaks volumes about their integrity. They're also very nice and attentive. Communication was easy, they were responsive to questions, and you can tell they actually care about doing the job right and making sure you're satisfied. If you're looking specifically for bathtub reglazing and want a company that's professional, honest, and dependable, I highly recommend Simply Reglaze. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They…read moredidn't remove old caulking before applying the new one, and the glaze itself had 3 issues with it: some weird black spots, a section where the glaze dripped down and had hardened, and an exposed part of the tub that wasn't patched correctly. Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.

The granite turned out beautiful but the grout/caulk had to be redone because the gal used the wrong color. The shower and bathroom floor turned into a huge fiasco. This area was supposed to be cleaned and only repair to the grout. Antonella re-grouted (maybe it is caulking - I don't know) my bathroom floor in brown it was supposed to be grey. Then she grouted over parts of my shower in brown and left other parts grey (in her defense it was hard to differentiate when it was wet) but it did not need grouting only cleaning and it was the wrong color which was very obvious when it dried. Then she told me I could get the caulking wet for 4 days when I was originally told 24 hours (I have 1 bathroom). Within 24 hours the grout on the bathroom floor started crumbling in places -cI was told it was because I stepped on the bathroom tiles when I used the toilet, however it also crumbled in areas where the tiles were not stepped on (BTW I weigh 126lbs). Anyway, I contacted April at the office she had Izzy call me he came out and made sure things were grouted throughout and he was very apologetic and kind. This cost me $700 + $200 for the granite. My bathroom is super small -it is a toilet and a tub/shower...the vanity is in a separate room. I feel like I could have done a better job DIY'ing it for a lot less money. If you have granite I recommend this company. For anything else - I say go somewhere else. Also, do not trust what is written up at the sale, go over every detail with the person actually doing the work and don't leave the room - micro-manage the job - otherwise you might get my results. I attached photos. Take a look. I'm giving a 3 rating because the company responded quickly to my concern and Izzy came out and did his best to rectify the original poor workmanship - but be aware of the ethical standards some employees may have relating to their workmanship. I will not hire this company in the future - I would replace over repair.
