Used El Roxs for a Ubox delivery and pack, and they were brilliant in maximizing the packing of the box. Of course, we had too much stuff, but they tried their hardest to fit in as much as they could, which we appreciated. They didn't charge us extra even though most of our stuff was located on the third floor. Our stuff is now in the transit from uhaul! Their female staff called me 2 days ago to confirm , i told her I needed the box to stay after loading. She sent me a bunch of condescending text messages of how I booked it all wrong, 12 hours before movers come she sends me another condescending text saying its been canceled. you cant do this to people and you cant keep employees on a power trip because I never agreed to canceling she made that choice. read more

Due to last minute change of plans and I needed put my belongings in storage and flew to Texas. I decided to use Uhaul's U-box to have my stuff shipped. Uhaul offered an option where I could hire a moving to pick up the U-Box as well as pack it for you. El Rox was priced well and they were fast with communication, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explained how the process would work, we scheduled a pick up time for my cousin to meet them and they even showed up 15 minutes early. My cousin let me know they handled all my stuff with care and it only took them about 30 minutes to clear out my storage. When I received my U-Box every was nicely wrapped and and everything was in great condition! They made everything seamless and easy! I would definitely use them again! read more

We had a lot of last minutes changes that we did not anticipate due to UHaul & Apartment not being ready. UHaul cancelled job day before for not reasons and these guys were extremely considerate and compassionate about our situational and made all adjustment necessary to get stuff to our apartment, Movers where quick, very careful with fragile items and had all equipment necessary to do the job. We moved from Texas to California over a couple of days so we didn't have an "exact" time we would arrive and need them to unload the big Penske truck. They were the ONLY company willing to work with us on an estimated "late" Saturday arrival. We were in constant communication during the trip and they were incredibly accommodating in meeting our schedule. They were waiting on us when we finally got there at 430pm, brought 3 guys who did an excellent job and really took care of our things, and were done unloading in a little over an hour. They were extremely professional, wore masks, and were very reasonably priced. Use them! You won't be disappointed in their service! read more

These guys did an excellent job. I need to unload some extremely heavy flooring tiles from a UHaul. It was probably about 3000lbs of material at least. They showed up early and we're patiently waiting for me to get back home from work. They unloaded fast and efficiently. The job was done in about an hour. They also very kindly offered to recycle some of the wooden pallets. Great job guys! Highly recommended. Don't be fooled by lack of reviews here.
