I used to come here with my car as it advertises to handle luxury cars. I had a problem with my Porche at the time and they made a diagnosis of the issue. I got another opinion somewhere else and the problem ER told me was non existing! If you don't know about luxury cars then don't advertise like you do, I wonder if it is to rip off clients or to damage something you pretend to have knowledge of but you don't. I've only had a few oil changes at this place so far. They have a loyalty card and an affordable price for a full synthetic oil change. I drive a hybrid and I keep finding places that want to charge me upwards of $70 for my oil change. The receptionist is always sweet and accommodating. They take Cash app/Venmo if you ever need to use it. Last time I went, they were having issues with their card machine so it was nice to have that option instead of finding an ATM. My oil changes have never taken too long. Oh! And the bathroom is soooo clean for a body shop! I was surprised. Pleasantly surprised. I will be back! read more

I just got my car serviced today July 11, 2018 and the experience was truly a blessing. Mama Raymond is awesome, hospitable, charming and makes you feel like a long time friend. I purchased the full synthetic oil change on Groupon but I had to purchase the filter at the facility for an additional 10$ which is reasonable. The service was fast and accurate, as I was taught how to do maintenance on cars by my father who is an industrial self employed mechanic. I came here to get my tire aligned at 2pm. I was told to be there between 1pm-2pm and arriving exactly at 2pm, was told another car got there already and it would "be a while". Asking how long a "while" was, the employee could not tell nor took the initiative to ask the mechanic. I sat patiently from 2pm to 4pm, watching more people come in and a family that came after me was being helped and I just sat there waiting. The car that was on the lift since I walked in STAYED on the lift from 2pm till 4:30pm. I stepped outside to see what was taking so long, and saw the mechanic looking inside the hood of another car, while the car that I saw when I walked in was still on the lift. I was never given any service, never told when it was my turn, nothing, not a word. I just got up and left without saying a word and am never going back to this run down, tiny, waste of time place with terrible service. In fact, the mechanic walks in and starts asking about ordering a pizza INSTEAD of finishing his job. He spent a lot of time walking in and out and talking to other people. Nothing got done. My girlfriend went there today to get an oil change.That part went well, she said the staff was friendly. The mechanic informed her that her oil pan gasket was leaking and needed to be replaced. She asked for the details and they said it would be $45 for the labor, $20 for the part they needed to get. The guy said it wouldn't take too long to do... 4 hours later they are finally finished. To make matter worse, after driving home she realized fumes coming from her car. Next thing she is being called by the place telling her that the mechanic forgot to screw something on, and she had to come back. The manager apologized and they fixed it quickly. She said the manager seemed like a stand up guy, but they didn't even do anything to make it right by her. They could have at least given her a refund for the poor labor. The oil change went fine for her. But if you need any further work done on your vehicle, I would not recommend this business. read more

AVOID "ER CUSTOMS"!!! They charged me for a part that did not fix the problem. Then they wanted me to change the tires. Then, a wheel. Then, get a new sensor. I went to another place, and they fixed without changing anything! AVOID "ER CUSTOMS"!!! AVOID!!! My car was pushing to the right, brought here to align. They said I had to change a part, for the alignment to stay. They changed it, didn't make any difference. I brought back, they said I had to change the tires, for the alignment to stay. Brought the tires for them to change. They charged me AGAIN for the alignment. So, they charged me for a part that was good, and TWICE for the alignment. Please, avoid this place. They charged me: $47 first alignment, $149 for the unnecessary part, $25 for unnecessary tire rotation, $80 for changing tires, $47 AGAIN for alignment. Then they said I had to buy a new wheel, for the alignment to stay, because it was not possible to balance it. And they broke a tire sensor and were unable to fix it. Finally, I didn't believe them, I went to another place, and this place fixed in 1 hour. I wasted 4 (four!) Days at ER Customs, and they didn't fix. The new place fixed everything in 1 (one) HOUR, only one single hour. When we went there to ask for my money back (as they didn't fix the car), they were rude with us, kicked us out of the place and called the police. AVOID "ER Customs!!! read more

Came here to get body work done on my car from an accident. The paint job was excellent. Very helpful staff. The shop was very accommodating. I knew all the prices before the work was started. I'm always skeptical if I'm getting a good price because sometimes shops will take advantage of women or anyone who may not be knowledgeable about the process. This shop made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Everything was explained to me. I really appreciated that. Their prices are extremely reasonable compared to other shops. They did a great job on my brakes for a great price. Car seems to be running smoothly and they were honest about what work needed to be done today and what could wait. That is a quality I've not too often see in auto repair locations. They're extremely polite, professional, and I would highly recommend a visit. The job did take a while I will say, they were waiting on parts but I was able to study freely, they asked if the television would bother, offered coffee, and let me know when a food truck had arrived in case I was interested. Custom service was horrible. Vanessa say at the desk and laughed on her phone. I had to ask her twice for the paperwork to fill out for my service. She put the wrong address on my paperwork. I left they didn't tell me how long before my next oil change. No sticker or anything. The sensor light is still on. My car is saying maintenance oil change. And. Ow my service engine light is on. It wasn't on before I went. I left there about two hours ago. I called back Vanessa was very rude on the phone. Doesn't comprehend or speak good English. And told me she doesn't care if I put a review online. I don't live in florida. The storm is coming I'm headed back home to Georgia. I can't just turn around on the turnpike to come back to get something done that I paid for already and expected to be done right. I make the appoiintment, arrive for the appointment and have to wait, then leave the shop nearly in tears since my car is worse than what I brought it in as. The service was great, Seth was very honest, I suggested I might need the rear cylinders replaced and after he examined them, he said the cylinders were fine. What an experience, someone else would have said I needed to have them replaced in order to charge me. My car brakes, oil change, alignment and balancing was done in less the time I thought. I relaxed inside the air conditioned office watching TV as he worked on my car. I thought all the work was going to take half a day and I was out of there in less than two hours. Total repair bill was half the price I expected. Seth, thank you for your honesty and professionalism. My car is no longer shaking and the brakes are awesome.
