Thankfully I found Keyrenter! Dana and her team really exceeded my expectation. Our old PM couldn't rent out the place even in the peak seasons, never visits onsite, forget repairs, and was not responsive. On the other hand, Dana's team was able to find a tenant in about a month, right before the holiday season when market started to slow down. Bailey went out to show the unit, and was on top of everything while our unit was vacant. Dana's team is easy to reach, call or email, and very responsive. Everone is super nice. I didn't think I'll find a PM who really cares and work hard for my property, but I did.
