Wow what a lousy place. You enter through a metal detector to a guard that gives you no direction on what you need to do. Once inside you are greeted by "budtenders" that seem utterly dismayed to have to help you. The displays are poorly arranged. The staff is unfriendly and want to get you out of there ASAP. Decent buds (tho nothing I would legitimately call top shelf), and great prices. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgable. However, the buds tend to be pretty dry and overly handled. Also, they have a new policy (because "someone dropped a jar") where u cannot pick up the container of bud to smell or inspect, but they allow you to reach in and grab, feel, rip apart buds, whatever. Whack. So u are potentially getting some buds that 20 gross motherf*ckers have intimately handled and ripped apart earlier that day. Last, and possibly most importantly, these guys have shorted twice in the last month or so. Yes only a gram each time, but when u go in to buy 3 grams you don't expect to get your head beat by 33%. The first time they were honorable and made up the difference. This last time they basically told me to go f*ck myself. Granted I used all the "medication" they did give me so there was nothing for them to weigh and verify...but still, $10 is a few visits worth of tips from me...which I now hafta withhold until the $10 is made up...I hate being an a$$hole. read more

They did not calculate the proper tax for me and charged me 32% taxes with a medical rec. The flowers were dry as a bone and prepackaged so you don't get to see what you are actually buying until you get home. The front desk girl was incredibly rude to the point I almost walked out but she had my license in hand so I was stuck. No one like that should ever have contact with the general public. What a disappointing experience! After calling in advance to verify that the dispensary could order what I wanted, who I needed to speak to about ordering it, and what I needed to bring to sign up ... I arrived to be told the person I needed to speak to was out of town and that they wouldn't accept my rec without addl info. When explained that I'd been given different information on the phone I was greeted with blank stares and dismissed by the staff. I've been in plenty of dispensaries which followed the law and still managed to be welcoming and friendly, not sure why this one is different. The only time I was treated with any degree of customer service was when I arrived and the security guard outside came over to help me get my mobility device up the step to the door (this place isn't 100% handicapped accessible.) I can't comment on the selection or the price, but if you're a medical user or someone who needs certain products for a specific reason, save your time and go someplace else.
