My Vanity was outdated and we kept a plastic container under the pipes to catch the water. It was embarrassing! Charlie removed the toilet the vanity and the floor. He reinforced the beams under the floor and it took two days to repair the mess under the floor from decades of neglect. He replaced the floor and a myriad of things. The work was to be done in November but we got a call and he said that he hurt his back and he would be there the third week of January. He asked if we wanted the deposit back or just keep it as is we said no we'll just see you in January. Well January came no Johnny's so we called. He said due to the weather he would be out in March. Well, March came and went and no Johnny's once again. We have been calling this company several times a week for the last three weeks leaving message upon message and no response. No text no call back no nothing. So at this point we're out of $500 and still don't have a contractor to do the work if I could leave a zero star review, that's what I would leave. It's a disgrace to rip people off and act as if they don't even exist. I pray that you're laughing when karma comes back on you because trust me one day it will.

They set up the 'Angies List' connection. On the first visit, the tech stated that a part was needed to do the job. He comes on 2nd visit, states that the garbage disposal is larger and we needed to get a smaller 1/2 size. No mention of the part he needed to buy which was assessed on the 1st visit. Now we have to return the product to Lowe's. Time wasted here and unfortunate/inconvenient that on the 'first visit', all of these 'potentials' were not reviewed, noticed or assessed prior so that that there would not be the need for a 3rd visit/prolonging the installation. An uncomfortable feeling looms in the air. This is was the experience, my fair observation and review. First time contacting this contractor. This was the service Lowe's initially provided/recommended.

Jim built a beautiful built-in bookcase in my house and installed cove crown molding in several of the rooms of our 1888 house, along with a picture rail in one of them. He did an absolutely expert job (despite the variations in the ceilings and walls) for a very reasonable price. Jim is kind, calm, honest, mature, and professional and is an excellent communicator.
