Ernie and his team were great. They were very nice and professional. I wanted three storage racks installed in my garage and was quoted for 550. Due to some structural complications the new quote was 1000 which he explained to me. I approved the extra work but the racks were installed about 3-4 inches too far right and Ernie said they would be unable to move it back to the left. The 3-4 inch error would cause the third rack to be placed somewhere I didn't want, so I stopped the work after 2 racks and ended up paying 850. I wasn't able to stay for the entire installation because I had work so I take partial blame but prior to leaving I made my intentions clear where I would like them installed and in an L shaped configuration. I still recommend ERG but would suggest staying on site to monitor the installation to your specifications or being very clear with your requirements. read more
