They were able to give me a quote over the phone without anybody having to come out. The customer service for the quote and scheduling was amazing, however, when it came to the team that came out it was not as smooth due to severe language barrier. I did not want my concrete cut so opted to go with heavy duty brackets which is what we agreed on and I was charged an extra &120 dollars for that option. Well, guess what, the team cut my concrete. I was shocked because i agreed to pay the extra fee for the brackets. And when I tried to communicate with the team both of them looked at me like a deer in headlights, that was so frustrating because this is where you are suppose to review and sign off on the work which I could not. I had to call the project manager to share my frustration and sent her a picture of the section on where they cut the concrete. Her solution was to take off the $120.00 charge for the brackets plus take an additional $25.00 off the cost. Needless to say I was not happy but the damage had been done, this is the reason I'm only giving 3 stars. read more

TLDR: they cancelled our installation the morning they were supposed to do the work. The quote process was the only easy part with this company. They scheduled the work for three weeks out, then texted me at 7:45am the day of installation to say that they could not do it that day. They initially gave the excuse that another job had run long from the day before, but given that our job was scheduled for a Monday I highly doubt that. They offered alternative dates but at that point I was skeptical that they would actually show up. Very much do not recommend taking a risk with Ergeon. read more

Great team to work with. Very responsive and I was always able to get a hold of someone when I need. One thing to keep in mind, if you are sharing the cost of the fence with your neighbor, you may want to wait till their contractor actually goes out to the site to Confirm the initial quote that they provide via Google Earth and your pictures and measurement. in my case, my quote had to be adjusted after the contractor looked at the site and I had to go back to my neighbor a second time price with a different price due to adjustment because of the site condition. Other than that, the work only took 1 day and the fence turned out great! read more

Quote was effortlessly handled with a digital approach from Google maps overhead for measuring our gate fence line to discuss our needs. The quote was handled over a zoom call & walk through. Once the quote was received and approved. We were assigned the project manager and the process began. We were sent an email with what to expect with an infographic. We had a gentleman installer swing by the house to confirm the measurements with tape measure. They arranged the safety digging permits and a worker from PSE came out to mark ground of the gas/electrical lines. Finally, they chose the demo/build date. The installers arrived at 9am and were finishing up around 5pm. They did an excellent job! It was a quick turn around. The whole process was smooth and quick. The installers were great and made sure to make the fence work and looked good and to our preferences. They asked when they were unsure. Overall, we were impressed with this company ergeon and would highly recommend to friends, family and neighbors! They were professional, seamless, with process, efficient workmanship and it looks fantastic!
