We've used Armando and his crew for 2 jobs now. Both of them gates connected to fences that were previously built on our property. Basically they solved the issues that we had with the weight of the gate taking the gate off line over time and being a real hassle to latch or close properly. I met with Armando over 3 weeks ago to review our handrail project, but never received a quote, so can't assess the quality of the product. There must be a shortage of welders in the area, because several of them have been flaky and not followed up. Good for them that they are busy! Or perhaps our project is too small / not enough profit. Sanchez Iron Works is one of the few to followup with us. I really hate to knock small businesses, but I don't want anyone else to have their time wasted in our busy schedules, so want to be honest about my experience.
