We didn't end up going with ergeon for our fencing needs (built out our fence as a self challenge project). I feel inclined to share that: 1) their prices were very reasonable in comparison to do it yourself costs on per linear foot basis. 2) they generate a very thorough and clear professional quote digitally. Very saavy tech company in the background. 3) they split our quote by the shared linear ft with the 5 neighbors we share our fence lines with. 3) customer service and response was very fast. When we decided to not proceed we received ZERO pressure to reconsider. We didn't end up saving much money at all and if the labor costs were factored in we would have exceeded the cost. If we were to do it again I probably would have chosen to have them build the fence for us. I have to say I was a little annoyed at being asked to walk our entire fence line to show where all the roots are relative to the fence. There were areas in our yard that are very inconvenient to walk by due to bushes. Got a lot of spider webs in my hair.... Oh well! read more

We just had both sides of our fences replaced including new posts and they did an awesome job. They really paid a lot of attention to the details. The panels all run straight and leveled. He was very professional and easy to work with. My HOA has specific fencing guidelines and G was able to give me options within those guidelines and was clear where Ergeon could not make changes. I asked for an estimate to replace my driveway last summer(2021). It took 6 months to finalize everything that went wrong with driveway installation. The first estimate was virtually and it wasn't until someone came in person and took accurate measurements that the actual estimate was higher than original estimate. Thankfully they honored the original estimate when I asked. The actual placement of concrete for the driveway was ok but then I realized after placement that they had ruined my sprinkler pipes near the driveway. They fixed one pipe but then I realized another sprinkler was broken and had to have them come back again. The project manager was not the most responsive person and my original manager left Ergeon. For my trouble I asked for a discount but still, given all the pain and trouble I would not use Ergeon again. There are many other options out there for your driveway needs read more

Ergeon took a full 2 weeks to give me an initial quote for a large fencing project involving 6 neighbors with overlapping fence lines. I had called after 1 week went by because they'd promised me a quote by the end of the week. I was told they'd prioritize my project to make sure I'd have a quote by Monday end of day. When i got the quote, 2 weeks had gone by. I saw there were errors in the layout of their diagram affecting the measurements of each neighbor's fence length. I emailed the feedback and did not get a revision. After a few days, I called to find out what the hold up was. The friendly rep couldn't explain why my concerns weren't addressed, but she said she'd get things moving. By the time Ergeon corrected their original quote, I had already signed on with another company to complete the project. I don't get why other reviews talk about how responsive they are.
