Without a doubt, Dr. Molnar is kind, funny, pleasant, and above all, PATIENT. I have very sensitive teeth due to my receding gumlines, so everything hurts, even a simple cleaning procedure. Dr. Molnar takes his time with me at every single visit. I ask all the questions I want, and he addresses all of my concerns. Dr. Molnar even showed me how to correctly brush my teeth to avoid further receding my gumlines. And, yes, he also demonstrated flossing to make sure that I've been doing it correctly for the last 30+ years. :) Because I know that I cannot find a better dentist, I refuse to go to anyone else. I moved to Manhattan in early 2013, and even though there's a dentist right across from my apartment building (and plenty of other dentists scattered all over Manhattan), I still come back to see Dr. Molnar. It's definitely worth taking the train out of Grand Central to Tarrytown to see my favorite dentist!

The one glaring negative I observed after 6 years of visits here is the shrew at the desk of the oral surgery reception area. She is dismissive, rude, has zero customer service skills and is a detriment to the practice. Her condescending tone is obnoxious and she clearly needs some training to change that. I can't imagine how patients for whom paying for oral surgery is a struggle feel when she acts as if their questions about billing are an inconvenience. I sincerely hope she either develops some self awareness or Touro finds her another job with minimal patient contact.

Dr. Woo actually cares for his patients need's and not their pockets. (Unlike most dentists) I had such a wonderful experience while getting braces as an adult. First let me say the price was excellent and the great service makes you look forward to your next appointment. After my braces were removed, I admit I neglected to wear my retainers and also did not return for a follow up for about 7 months until I was due for a cleaning. At this point Dr. Woo made me realize that not wearing the retainers caused my teeth to start to shift to the original positions. Then a miracle happened: Dr. Woo proceeded to promise me that he will fix the issue by doing the entire process again. This meant putting on braces again but this time and for the next year the Dr. did not charge me 1 cent for the job, as he explained he was not satisfied with the outcome and wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. Wow, unheard off. I am extremely happy with the results and Dr. has earned my loyalty for life. He gives patient, thorough explanations, and I can honestly say he's improved how I take care of my teeth. Beyond that, he's a true Renaissance man with many hobbies and I enjoy going in to chat with him about music, or travel, or languages! His staff also deserves a shout-out for being so kind and pleasant, without fail, every time I come in. I plan to keep coming here for as long as I live in the area.
