They check in for updates, or tune-ups every year to make sure we're covered. When I go in, it's always like seeing an old friend! I've had a couple collision claims myself and Don Chang has taken good care of me each time. My father in law had had a few too. One time it was snowing and my car battery died. I knew I was fairly close to the office so I called to see if I could get a jump. So yeah, Like A Good Neighbor Don was there! I was told the only way to lower them was to raise my deductibles. After yet another annual increase I called around and got better coverage from another carrier for half the premium. HALF!!!! Then I attempted to contact Ms Kantrud to cancel my policies. No one answers her freaking phone. After several attempts I called another State Farm agent who sent her an email. Only then did her office reach out. Now for the real kicker. When they called they told me I had all of these longevity credits that could lower my premiums and deductible. Ummm, where was that tidbit of information previously? She is curt and rude. Never again.
